Jisr Reviews & Product Details

Jisr is an HR and finance platform built specifically for organizations in Saudi Arabia, connecting payroll, workforce management, talent, and corporate spend in one system. Where most HR platforms treat Saudi compliance as an add-on, Jisr integrates directly with WPS for wage protection, GOSI for social insurance, and Muqeem for expatriate residency management as core functionality, giving HR and finance teams automation and audit readiness for the Saudi regulatory environment without manual government portal access. The platform serves organizations of all sizes, from startups setting up their first HR processes to large enterprises managing thousands of employees across multiple entities and branch locations, across industries including technology, retail, food and beverage, construction, manufacturing, logistics, and professional services. Jisr is organized into three connected suites covering the full employee and financial lifecycle. Core HR manages employee records, onboarding, attendance, shift scheduling, leave, and payroll. The Talent suite handles AI-powered recruitment with CV parsing and candidate ranking, performance review cycles, employee engagement surveys, and real-time Saudi compensation benchmarking. The Spend suite gives finance teams corporate card controls, mobile expense management, and business travel with automatic ERP reconciliation. Multi-branch food and beverage and retail operators use geofencing and biometric attendance tools to manage frontline staff across locations, with data feeding directly into payroll without manual reconciliation. Construction companies with mixed Saudi and expatriate workforces use Jisr to run multi-entity payroll, track Iqama renewals, and produce audit-ready government compliance reports. Technology companies use the AI-powered applicant tracking system to manage hiring pipelines and align performance cycles with headcount plans. More than 5,000 organizations across Saudi Arabia use Jisr. With bilingual Arabic and English support, deployment in weeks rather than months, and on-ground support teams in Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam, Jisr is designed for Saudi Arabia, not adapted for it.
