It's a very dynamic software and it makes managing accounting functions and reports much more dynamic. The dashboards are also really neat and the fact that you are able to shaer those dashboards with executives or others in the organization is really neat! We're going to be using those a lot. Some accounting software also has pretty boring and bland reporting for financials but Jirav makes the financials and reports a lot nicer to look at! I also really enjoyed the support team of Jirav. I know it's not a direct review of the product but the support team was so helpful and really made sure that I knew what I was doing and always checked in on me to make sure I was on the right track. **What do you dislike about Jirav?** It's not a dislike but the software does A LOT and so it can be a little overwhelming when getting started; however, the Jirav team is there every step of the way to help! It also takes a bit long to build but again, you're not on your own at all and the Jirav team will work with you to achieve the timeline you want to acheve! There really isn't a lot to dislike with the platform, it just takes time in getting to learn something new but that is very common to every type of software. **Recommendations to others considering Jirav:** Don't be overwhelmed right off the bat. Let the Jirav team help you with the build and work the software slowly at first! When I first started using the software I was completely overwhelmed by all of the functionalities of it and it seemed like I'd never learn to use it the right way but I decided to take it in baby steps and I feel like that is the most helpful in getting the most out of the product! **What problems is Jirav solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our company is rapidly growing and what worked for our accounting needs as far as reporting and forecasting are no longer going to work. we needed a more advanced software to help with the accuracy of our forecasting. We also needed more real-time reporting for our executives of the company without needing to push the reports to them. Jirav is going to help with this a lot because we can have the executives log in and review the real-time numbers without needing to see full financial statements if they don't want to. We're still currently in the implementation stage so I haven't had a chance to roll out the software to the entire team but I'm getting very close and I am excited to hear their feedback on the program! ### 2. They did a lot of the heavy lifting on the front end, held my hand during the training phase, and made sure I was 100% comfortable with the product at all times. Learning new software can sometimes be challenging, but Jirav was super easy to grasp and saves me a lot of time. So happy I found this program! **What do you dislike about Jirav?** Not a whole lot. Most times when I think I find a weakness in the software, I use their Help function and solve my issue. Working with them was just as expected. Creating the drivers are easy and intuitive. They make for very efficient work! **What do you dislike about Jirav?** At the moment, the audit log seems to be lacking in the ease of understanding it. It is a bunch of code that is not easy to see what the change was that happened. **What problems is Jirav solving and how is that benefiting you?** We can easily pop out multiple different versions of the same budget just by changing our revenue. Some of our expenses are tied to how much revenue we receive. There would need to be many changes done to the expenses when updating a different revenue version. However, with the use of drivers, it is a breeze. We just update the revenue amount, and the rest is automatically changed. ### 5. Which meant that we could not hire proactively. With Jirav, we have a much more reliable way to understand the current fiscal situation, as well as the near future of our firm. Having rolled out for a few clients - I love the dashboards we can create connecting various financial systems. We have been able to automate a lot of reporting and also have created indepth reporting at departmental level and below. Would highly recommend this solution to anyone who is looking for faster access to financial reporting with drill down feature. **What do you dislike about Jirav?** Like any product Jirav is evolving. So as you roll it out, one would spot some features that are missing. Having said that Jirav has a strong feedback loop where one can discuss solutions, workarounds and timing of rollout of a longer term solution. **Recommendations to others considering Jirav:** Keep churning out the great product... **What problems is Jirav solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest is analytics and reporting. We have been able to implement a good analytical system that provides real time insights. Publishing these ahead of meetings makes it a powerful tool to running effective client meetings. ### 32. For a lot of clients, having a visual representation is super helpful in demonstrating the value. ### 37.
