Jirav has made a tool that where you are able to, among many other assets, quickly change multiple variables and see real-time effect on your business. We have all used excel to model the "what ifs" and "results" of changing drivers and other variables but it always runs the risk of operator error. I love Jirav. Having rolled out for a few clients - I love the dashboards we can create connecting various financial systems. We have been able to automate a lot of reporting and also have created indepth reporting at departmental level and below. Like any product Jirav is evolving. So as you roll it out, one would spot some features that are missing. Having said that Jirav has a strong feedback loop where one can discuss solutions, workarounds and timing of rollout of a longer term solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

More than anything, it automates the things that are not value add activities (i.e. updating spreadsheets with actuals after revisions/changes) which makes it easier to grow and scale the "advisory" aspect of accounting services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is a little bit of a learning curve and it's not as intuitive to clients as a spreadsheet might be, but that's only an issue when the client wants to be super hands-on in an engagement and make updates/changes to a model on their own. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
