What do you like best about Jetdocs?

The most crucial upside is the smooth integration with Microsoft Teams and Slack (Industry standard developer communication tools).

The unified user interface for employees enables them to manage internal requests, tickets, issues, and approvals and route them to the relevant expert in the business for quick resolutions. Instead of a back-and-forth email chain with attachments, there is a central source of information. Furthermore, there is transparency about the progress of a particular story, with priority levels, conditional fields, @mentions, release versions and SLA (the essential feature of any ticketing software).

The already available templates, which do not require you to code, let you set up your operations even though you are a beginner. The free trial is a blessing for students who want to streamline their small-scale development projects.

Alert feature with the help of the Jetdocs bot helps you to keep track of any modification in the state of an issue related to you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jetdocs?

There is still no version control tool linked directly with Jetdocs (such as GitHub); if they integrate this, it would be a boon for developers. Honestly, the industry leader is the Atlassian Environment which provides Jira as ticketing software and even though it is expensive and secluded, it is conducive for Software developers.

Sadly Jetdocs does not provide any APIs for insight into our project status, which we can manipulate to improve ourselves. The Jetdoc community is still staggered, and we face problems if we encounter a previously unknown obstacle. There is an Email/Help Desk, FAQs/forums, Phone Support, 24/7 (Live rep), and Chat. It still does not match up with the online community where users have already discussed and solved many problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
