JW is simple and easy to use. You can build an entire website for your sports organization in just a few hours. The ability to create discount codes and multiplayer registration discounts is great. There is some much needed validation in the sports program registration to prevent participants from being able to register in a program that is restricted by sex or age. Our softball programs are only for females. Registration relies on parents selecting the proper program when date of birth and sex are not taken into consideration during the registration process.

When there are multiple participants, each program requires a separate credit card payment which has been the source of some complaints. It would be ideal if there were a shopping cart feature such that a single payment could be made at the end of registering multiple participants.

The credit card payment feature is convenient but the transaction fee is annoying for a nonprofit organization that is completely volunteer led for our local community. It would also be great to have other payment options such as Zelle, PayPal, Stripe, Google Pay, Square, Amazon Pay, Verifone, Venmo, Payoneer, or Shopify. Zelle would be particularly nice since there are no transaction fees.

Ability for real-time instant messaging and team communication.

I appreciate Jersey Watch for making the registration process for wrestling straightforward through their text messaging service. Despite some challenges, the capability to manage registrations efficiently is notable. I find the setup of Jersey Watch to be extremely difficult. The pages and the program are not simple to use, which makes the process quite frustrating. Additionally, the service primarily helps with text messaging for registration, but I don't feel it's worth the cost given the limited benefits it provides. Moreover, I experience challenges with software integration since our own programs do not link with Jersey Watch.
