I really appreciate how intuitive and user-friendly the platform is. Submitting and tracking expenses is quick and seamless, and the automation saves a huge amount of time compared to manual entry. I also like that Jenji is mobile-friendly, which makes it easy to snap receipts on the go and have them processed instantly. While Jenji is very efficient overall, there are a few areas that could be improved. We are an international company, based in Europe. I am part of the US subsidiary. Jenji converts amounts in EUR. I want to see all amounts (USD, CAD, EUR) converted in USD. I don't care about EUR. Also, it is difficult to follow up on which expenses have been paid or not. There is a status that says "Accounted", but that does not tell me which reimbursements are actually deposited into my account. And this is all the more difficult to understand when amounts are converted in EUR and my expenses are reimbursed in USD. Also, why not accept PNG as a file format? Sometimes an expense receipt can be a screenshot of an email or web page, in which case the most likely format is PNG (I actually asked that question to support and was told something about the primary purpose of the app being an electronic vault or something. I would like to use an expense app that is designed to be an expense app).
