Submitting and tracking expenses is quick and seamless, and the automation saves a huge amount of time compared to manual entry. I also like that Jenji is mobile-friendly, which makes it easy to snap receipts on the go and have them processed instantly. The clear dashboard and reporting features help keep everything transparent and organized, which makes both employees and finance teams more efficient. **What do you dislike about Jenji?** While Jenji is very efficient overall, there are a few areas that could be improved. Perfect for tracking multiple expenses Customer Support is great and there is always someone available to help. I use this at least once every calendar month. They have so many features which is perfect for expenses and means I can complete expenses with ease. Great Integration¬ **What do you dislike about Jenji?** I havent got anything that i dislike about Jenji at current. **What problems is Jenji solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is very easy and not time-consuming as I can just snap a pic of my receipt and upload later. You can configure your own mileage rate which is great for any travel expenses. ### 3. I am part of the US subsidiary. Jenji converts amounts in EUR. I want to see all amounts (USD, CAD, EUR) converted in USD. I don't care about EUR. Also, it is difficult to follow up on which expenses have been paid or not. There is a status that says "Accounted", but that does not tell me which reimbursements are actually deposited into my account. And this is all the more difficult to understand when amounts are converted in EUR and my expenses are reimbursed in USD. Also, why not accept PNG as a file format? Sometimes an expense receipt can be a screenshot of an email or web page, in which case the most likely format is PNG (I actually asked that question to support and was told something about the primary purpose of the app being an electronic vault or something. I would like to use an expense app that is designed to be an expense app). Our US subsidiary had Expensify before, with automatic credit card account integration, clear workflow and follow-up. **What problems is Jenji solving and how is that benefiting you?** I guess this is still better than having to use a spreadsheet. But definitely has a lot of room for improvement. ### 4. The combination of the user-friendly app and the web-based platform provides my company with all the tools necessary to scan, analyze and manage your expenses efficiently. It is so powerful that it quickly integrates into any accounting system. The automatic text recognition of bills is a big plus too. **What do you dislike about Jenji?** Honestly, not much to dislike. Maybe only the need to scan and add an actual invoice, instead of leaving open the option to declare manual expenses without a paper trail. **What problems is Jenji solving and how is that benefiting you?** - Huge time-saving. - Scanning and delivery of expenses "on the run" with the mobile app. - Quick overview of individual expenses - Easy exporting options to integrate into my accounting system. ### 5. It helps individuals and businesses to manage business expenses in real-time effectively. **What do you dislike about Jenji?** The downside of this software is that it doesn't allow you most of its options if the user is not taking their Plan Team and Plan Enterprise. The Plan solo doesn't provide many opportunities. **What problems is Jenji solving and how is that benefiting you?** This software is helping me with bank reconciliation which is not an easy task without the help of any software. This software is also allowing me to set up automatic business card transactions. ### 6. One of the better-priced products in this category. Was easy to get started. I like that you can digitize your receipts and cut down on paper receipts. **What do you dislike about Jenji?** It's pretty straightforward. As with most expense tracking software, auto-categorization always leaves much to be desired but that seems to be where technology is at this time. **What problems is Jenji solving and how is that benefiting you?** It really helps to be able to digitize and organize expense receipts. Having it cloud-based means I don't have to worry about backing up or losing paper receipts. It's been a big timesaver and helps us analyze expenses much more easily. ### 7.
