Jelp is a fleet management software. We use it to channel incoming orders among the different available fleets. We use it both in Spain and Mexico, as we operate in both countries. It is very comprehensive, you can tell they have been optimizing and improving their system for many years. Their know-how is impressive. What I would most like to highlight about Jelp is their support. Their willingness to help us with all integrations and improvements is fantastic. Their system is very easy to implement and we have been guided throughout the entire process. We perform many daily operations that are automatically managed from the integration and it is wonderful to see how all the hooks work. Additionally, they are very proactive in asking us for feedback to be able to implement new improvements and integrations. We were considering several options and decided on Jelp because of the support they offer us, both in Spain and Mexico, as well as their knowledge and experience in the sector.
