We use it to channel incoming orders among the different available fleets. We use it both in Spain and Mexico, as we operate in both countries. It is very comprehensive, you can tell they have been optimizing and improving their system for many years. Their know-how is impressive. What I would most like to highlight about Jelp is their support. Their willingness to help us with all integrations and improvements is fantastic. Their system is very easy to implement and we have been guided throughout the entire process. We perform many daily operations that are automatically managed from the integration and it is wonderful to see how all the hooks work. Additionally, they are very proactive in asking us for feedback to be able to implement new improvements and integrations. Without a doubt, I 100% recommend Jelp, for technology, knowledge, and above all, support. Thank you guys, keep it up. **What do you dislike about Jelp Delivery?** There is not much to indicate. These guys from Jelp work hard to try to meet all our needs. **What problems is Jelp Delivery solving and how is that benefiting you?** The Jelp system is 100% Plug&Play. You can be managing deliveries in real time within days. We were considering several options and decided on Jelp because of the support they offer us, both in Spain and Mexico, as well as their knowledge and experience in the sector. Our setup is very complex. Jelp understood our needs in the Discovery Phase and fit like a glove. We are highly satisfied. ### 2. They have a full pack for small, medium and large businesses that require this kind of technology. **What do you dislike about Jelp Delivery?** It can be difficult to learn to use all their tools and features. Through a control tower from which to control each and every process of each of the orders. **What do you dislike about Jelp Delivery?** So far, we haven't found anything that we dislike. **What problems is Jelp Delivery solving and how is that benefiting you?** Jelp helps us automate everything in the processes of receiving and assigning orders to delivery drivers. Additionally, through the driver app itself, we empower the rider to report any issues if there are any.
