"My favorite Device Management tool"

What do you like best about Jamf?

Jamf is top of the line in the amount of features and user interface for device management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jamf?

Features are sometimes shown or promoted but are behind parts of the software that my org doesn't use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Apple-Like Experience That Truly Listens to Customer Feedback"
5/5
What do you like best about Jamf?

I really appreciate how much effort they put into listening to customer feedback and then actually making it happen, all in that very intuitive Apple way! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jamf?

It isn’t moving fast enough in the industry to get everything out. However, there’s so much out there and they must do it right, I get it. They need to offer more easily accessible (e.g. affordable) training sessions for more org members to access and can keep up and get the most value from it. Not able to manage Windows because Intune ain’t the bestest Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best Apple management software"
5/5
What do you like best about Jamf?

As a Jamf integrator, what I value most is how Jamf Pro, Connect, Protect and Security Cloud function as one coherent ecosystem rather than separate tools bolted together. Zero-touch enrolment through Apple Business Manager, combined with Jamf Pro's policy framework, lets us take a fleet from unboxing to fully managed and secured in a predictable way. Jamf Connect handles identity properly on macOS, and Protect and Security Cloud add endpoint and network security that are genuinely built for Apple devices rather than adapted from elsewhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jamf?

The main friction points are around licensing and console fragmentation: Jamf Pro, Protect and Security Cloud still feel like separate products with their own consoles and permission structures rather than one unified pane of glass, which adds overhead when managing multiple client tenants. "Jamf Pro Review"
5/5
What do you like best about Jamf?

Jamf Pro makes managing our Mac fleet efficient and reliably. We really like the support provided by Jamf and also the support availability for new major os. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jamf?

One limitation I encountered is that I am unable to view membership of Azure groups when submitting a deployment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simplified Mac Deployment and Seamless Enterprise Integration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Jamf?

I love being able to master a Mac without hassle and manage all the company's configuration related to Google. I also appreciate the interconnectivity with our corporate environment. Since our company mainly uses Microsoft, I don't need to link Macs to AD and can still use our environment, with automated installations and a self-service portal that our users really enjoy. Honestly, it's a very good product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jamf?

I have no particular issues to report at the moment. Perhaps Jamf could continue to improve and deepen the Blueprints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Jamf Makes Apple Device Management Simple, Secure, and Automated"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Jamf?

What I like best about Jamf is how it makes managing Apple devices feel simple without sacrificing control. It brings together device management, security, and automation in a way that saves time while creating a smoother experience for employees and users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jamf?

If I had to pick one thing, I’d say Jamf can take a little time to get used to. There are a lot of settings and options, which is great once you know your way around it, but it can feel a bit overwhelming at first. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best MDM solution available - Jamf Pro"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Jamf?

Jamf is helpful for deploying complex configurations and allowing for corporate compliance. The system is fairly intuitive to use and the training available is well put together. The community is also very helpful and willing to provide guidance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jamf?

There will be random errors or issues that will come up that don't have any real resolution for it. For example, random MDM Enrollment Profiles will expire for no reason, even though the device/computer is still actively checking in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Jamf Pro Makes Device Management and Self Service Effortless"
5/5
What do you like best about Jamf?

I love that we are able to manage all of our devices and computers in Jamf Pro. We are also able to push resources to our end users through Self Service + and have what they need at their fingertips and easily accessible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jamf?

We have not run into many downsides. One thing that is related more to the amount of requests at any given time sometimes slow down our server. But I am very happy using Jamf Pro! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
