I like that it’s cloud-based and doesn’t require complex setup or on-premise infrastructure. The clean interface and straightforward workflows make deploying and managing Macs, iPads, and iPhones quick and easy, even for small teams without dedicated IT staff. **What do you dislike about Jamf Now?** While Jamf Now is very user-friendly, it has some limitations compared to more advanced MDM solutions. For example, it lacks some of the deeper customization and reporting features that larger organizations might need. Additionally, certain advanced security and automation options are only available in Jamf Pro, so businesses with complex workflows might find Jamf Now a bit limited. **What problems is Jamf Now solving and how is that benefiting you?** Managing all our Apple devices used to be stressful.
