I love that Jaicob is AI-driven, which makes it very innovative and exciting to use. The system is much more efficient and faster compared to the old ATS and CRM systems I was used to, particularly for sourcing. I also found the initial setup to be very easy, especially with the help from fygi, which made the rollout smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

At our recruitment agency, we strongly value a human-centered approach and strive for the highest possible match quality. That is why we look beyond CVs and focus on the individual behind the profile. Standardizing processes and data enrichment used to help bring consistency into our searches, but it often came at the expense of quality and speed.

With Jaicob, we can now manage and work with more than 10,000 profiles using the same team, while significantly improving quality. Thanks to agentic AI, repetitive tasks are automated and executed according to clear quality standards, better than we were able to do manually before. This allows us to scale our operations substantially without compromising on quality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Jaicob challenged us to rethink the way we work. After years of operating within established patterns, it required a mindset shift from our team. The guidance we received from Remy and Luuk during this transition was crucial. Their support helped inspire our people and made it possible to adopt a new way of working.

We never want to stop evolving. As an organization, we remain open to change and are committed to learning how to work with the new AI-driven reality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Jaicob is a versatile ATS platform that is both innovative and flexible. The use of A.I. ensures that the platform stays ahead. We set high standards for the positions we recruit for. Thanks to the automatic follow-up on screening questions, we can quickly assess the quality of candidates, which significantly improves the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Because the system is very innovative and new, there are still some bugs and points that can be improved, as well as missing features. Fortunately, the team addresses these issues quickly, but during the full transition, it has sometimes been necessary to temporarily stop recruiting for certain positions. However, that is the price you pay for using a progressive system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Jaicob saves a huge amount of time by automating many of the repetitive tasks in recruitment. Follow-ups, actions, and next steps are handled automatically, which means I don’t have to constantly manage to-do lists or remember what needs to happen next. The system feels intuitive and works in the background while I focus on candidates and clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
