**What do you like best about Jace AI?**

Jace has been extremely helpful in categorizing emails and in drafting replies in 'my voice'. It's easy to set rules and to have those rules be followed to clean up email.

**What do you dislike about Jace AI?**

Sometimes the rules cause emails to be tagged incorrectly or multiple times. In addition, it sometimes drafts replies to emails that do not need a response.

**What problems is Jace AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Categorizing emails so I have fewer filters to apply in Gmail. This helps to save time.
Drafting email responses saves a lot of time.
