It's just not good at all. **What do you dislike about IXXO Multi-Vendor?** - It's going to cost much more than the license fee to actually get to market with something worth anything. - Very poor customer service. They are argumentative and wont take accountability for anything. - Platform has a steeeeeeeep learning curve - Admin features are just a thrown together jumbled mess. Imagine going into a library and all the books were in a pile in the middle of the floor. - No features ever work how you expect them to. Many intuitive developments error were made. - All PHP files are encrypted and can not be updated by anyone but ixxo, at a hefty fee of course. **What problems is IXXO Multi-Vendor solving and how is that benefiting you?** I needed a whitelabel marketplace. I was duped into choosing them. It started off great. I was searching around for a white-label marketplace and stumbled onto their website. After reading through everything, reading reviews, and trying out their demo, I decided to give it a try. Fast forward many months and over 10K spent, I am now convinced I was duped. Key learnings: - They're model is designed to trick you into picking them because of price. However they make their bread and butter on add ons and support requests. - The platform is very feature rich, but 90% of the features are completely useless for a marketplace just starting out. They also have very poor documentation and each features takes a tremendous amount of testing to see how they impact the platform and to gain enough confidence to release. - The demo is fast because it has no real data in the database. However the website slows down significantly as you add more products. 100k products = 9 seconds load time. - Customer service does not exist. It's just small group (or maybe one person using different names) of highly ego driven developers that will become very rude and argumentative very quickly. They will also charge you unfairly if you piss them off. YOU WILL piss them off at least once while interacting with them. - Support costs $420/year and is optional. However, support in their context means we will respond to your messages. If anything is broken or you need help with anything at all, it's billed at 80-120/hr. - Although they appear to be local to Europe and the US, their business offices are in a remote country with a near impossible method of filing a lawsuit. - You will at some point get tired of dealing with all the limitations, bad customer service, and poor platform performance and either switch to another provider or build a custom solution. At this point, after they have made many thousands of dollars off you and you have spent many months building, you start to question if the whole thing was just a scam. ### 2. For myself the Virtual Domain stands out as the best, as I am able to give my vendors their own domain name with their vendor store. **What do you dislike about IXXO Multi-Vendor?** What is there to dislike.. All works exactly as described **What problems is IXXO Multi-Vendor solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was looking for a multi vendor eCommerce solution, which allowed vendors to have their own stores WITH their own URL/Domain name, the IXXO Multi Vendor can do this along with Subscriptions for vendor stores. ### 3. I have been using it for the past few months and I have never been disappointed. The platform is convenient and has everything you need to manage an e-commerce store. I would recommend this platform to anyone who wants to run a successful store on any level of experience! **What do you dislike about IXXO Multi-Vendor?** I can't find any bugs or any problems when I use IXXO Multi-Vendor. **Recommendations to others considering IXXO Multi-Vendor:** I recommend IXXO Multi-Vendor to everyone. Believe me, you'd gonna love it. **What problems is IXXO Multi-Vendor solving and how is that benefiting you?** I started selling digital products and Google Maps Optimization services as well as SEO Optimization. IXXO Cart proved to be very functional with all the on/off functions I turned a regular e-commerce store into a digital products/services marketplace. Literally, everything that you need is a click away. Also, with the Booking addon, I am able to sell training services on the buyer's premises and keep track of my weekly schedule. ### 4. Ease of overall Use is likely the best part **What do you dislike about IXXO Multi-Vendor?** Very little we dislike. Especially enjoy the B2B options. Nothing I can identify that is an obvious dislike. Possibly the initial learning curve, but even that wasn't bad **What problems is IXXO Multi-Vendor solving and how is that benefiting you?** Allowing vendors to manage themselves in whatever system they choose to use. IXXO allows us to focus on our business making its use an easy solution. Flexibility is the key ### 5. I really like the "Demeter" template that was included for free with the software. It is a perfect fit for my flower marketplace. The "user messages" addon is also a great functionality to have, especially for my niche, since I can talk with clients directly and help them choose the perfect digital product for their needs. **What do you dislike about IXXO Multi-Vendor?** Too many features that require time to learn and adapt. **Recommendations to others considering IXXO Multi-Vendor:** Read the manuals that are provided with the platform Don't try to change the design of the template if you are not an expert/developer **What problems is IXXO Multi-Vendor solving and how is that benefiting you?** IXXO Multi-Vendor handles taxes and shipping on a multi-vendor basis without issues. I was very sceptical at the beginning since their online demos were under maintenance at the time I was looking at their website, thus I booked a personal demonstration. I was blown away by the features that were supported out of the box, I've never seen these features in any other eCommerce platform. Also, the sales agent was kind enough to let me have a sneak peek at their upcoming fully redesigned admin dashboard. **What do you dislike about IXXO Multi-Vendor?** There are no tutorial videos, but the support team is very helpful. **What problems is IXXO Multi-Vendor solving and how is that benefiting you?** IXXO Cart's bulk operations functionalities solved the issue of me having to manually create each product from the admin dashboard. I can simply create a CSV file and upload it and it will automatically create all products at once. ### 7.
