**What do you like best about IVR SERVICES?**

The ease with which we were able to automate most of the calls coming to customer support and also categorise the questions in different categories. This is really great.

Nothing as such the tool really serves it's purpose

The problem of attending most of the calls and reducing bandwidth on our customer support employees is really great.

**What do you like best about IVR SERVICES?**

IVR Services guides the callers through voice interaction and help them to reach the required person or department to get the services needed or desired information by pressing the digits by following the voice instruction.

**What do you dislike about IVR SERVICES?**

Sometimes call is in the queue for a longer time, and after a specific time, it gets disconnected, which will be charged to the callers. It will be better if the call is attended in a short period.

**What problems is IVR SERVICES solving and how is that benefiting you?**

IVR Service finds the agent who is free for a longer time, and then it routes this call to them, and calls are recorded to study the quality of service and to take corrective actions.

**What do you like best about IVR SERVICES?**

IVR services really helping us a lot in reaching the customers easily through a common number. The best part is call recording it is helping us to follow up with the customer.

**What do you dislike about IVR SERVICES?**

The disappointing point is the connectivity issues, sometimes it is becoming difficult for us if the customer is in a remote area where there will be weak mobile single. support should be increased.

easy to use service.

The customer reach of our company is increased a lot and it is very easy for us to take responses from the customers. Auto call recording is the best option to track the call quality and also helps to track the team's work.
