"Convenient Drag-and-Drop Makes Cross-Domain Tasks Easy"
4/5
What do you like best about Ivanti ITSM?

Ivanti has one of the most convenient features: drag-and-drop, which really simplifies the user experience. We don’t even need to write custom code or do anything specific to handle cross-domain tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ivanti ITSM?

Some of the default, pre-configured templates feel cluttered and unhelpful, and they often slow us down. There is also a fee structure that seems on the higher side for professional services when issues come up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Inconsistent Performance and Slow Support"
1.5/5
What do you like best about Ivanti ITSM?

What I value most about Ivanti Neurons for ITSM is the ability to adapt to the company's needs. I also appreciate how it allows connecting different data sources and having a 'Source of Truth' in a single database, bringing together various connections with other sources. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ivanti ITSM?

Sometimes uploading packages between instances causes errors that easily break the tool. Ivanti support is very slow and takes a long time to offer help, and sometimes it feels like they don't know how to solve the problem. The tool is slow, especially data processing and API calls. The configuration of the tool is very complex, with too many unnecessary steps and many limitations. The initial experience of setting up Ivanti Neurons for ITSM was bad. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Jenna Leonovich of Ivanti ITSM

"Robust and Customizable, But Clunky UI and Heavy Configuration Burden"
2/5
What do you like best about Ivanti ITSM?

I liked that Ivanti could be fully customized to your unique or complex needs for a larger organization. It is very robust and connects well with their other offered products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ivanti ITSM?

Ivanti requires a lot of outside hours to configure and it is not read to use out of the box. The UI is clunky compared to other more modern tools. We also had major issues with addition tickets being created when a CC'ed user would chime in on a ticket. It was a difficult tool for the team to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Jenna Leonovich of Ivanti ITSM

Thank you for sharing your experience. We understand how critical usability is, and we’re sorry that the interface felt challenging. Your feedback helps us continue improving clarity and reducing friction across the product.

"Ticketing system"
2.5/5
What do you like best about Ivanti ITSM?

I believe if we would be using it out of the box and not completly remaking the program it would be better accepted by everyone. The way the software could tie all together easily wasn't thoughtly looked at during our setup a few years ago Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ivanti ITSM?

Support is lacking due to wanting us to pay for someone to assist us. When I have little questions on how to do something I am often referred to hire a consultant. I miss the days of actual customer sevice Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Jenna Leonovich of Ivanti ITSM

We appreciate you sharing this feedback. The support experience you described is not what we strive to deliver, and your comments help to improve responsiveness and the overall support experience.

"intuitive and Flexible Configuration for Strong In-House Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Ivanti ITSM?

Our ability to do our own configuration and support our users internally . And and and and and and and and and and and and. The product is quite intuitive once you get you head around it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ivanti ITSM?

The support response can be a bit hit and miss. That may be because we don’t usually pay for additional support, but when something is broken, we still need a quick response. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The product is alright, but I have my concerns about the vendor"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Ivanti ITSM?

Our view of the product itself has not changed. It is a solid solution that offers good features, albeit not as modern an interface as promised a while ago by the vendor. (Progress is slow but steady on that front.) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ivanti ITSM?

Our recent experience with Ivanti as a company is not satisfactory. We had troubles when asking about a migration from Cherwell to Ivanti Neurons. Also, placing ideas or feature requests seems a futile endeavor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Jenna Leonovich of Ivanti ITSM

Thank you for your honest feedback. We understand that transitions and product changes can be disruptive. Your perspective helps us identify where additional clarity and smoother transitions are needed as we continue evolving our solutions.

"Easy to Use, Highly Customizable, and Admin-Friendly Out of the Box"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Ivanti ITSM?

Ease of use, easy to maintain and administer. Lots of customization possible. Easy to work with out of the box and setup. For admins it offers lots of customization options. User interface works well across all browsers and on mobile devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ivanti ITSM?

Lack of connection options to other mainstream workflow engines such as Power Automate without needing to buy an iPaas system. No current option or support for MCP server. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Optimized ITSM with Proactive Support and Customizable Workflows"
4/5
What do you like best about Ivanti ITSM?

I like the strong optimization and proactive support Ivanti Neurons for ITSM offers. The highly customizable workflows, unified ITSM capabilities in one platform, and the user-friendly, self-service experience stand out to me. Optimization saves time and reduces stress. I appreciate the proactive issue detection and experiencing fewer outages, thanks to the unified ITSM platform that provides better visibility and control. The ease of setup due to cloud deployment options, prebuilt ITIL workflows, and a configurable, low-code platform make it really convenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ivanti ITSM?

AI and optimization maturity could be stronger. Integration flexibility can be limited. Implementation and configuration complexity. User interface consistency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ivanti ITSM?

What I liked most about the AI Ivanti Neurons tool is how it automates the entire endpoint maintenance and self-repair process, making those tasks feel much more hands-off. I also found the self-discovery feature very interesting and a real highlight of the overall experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ivanti ITSM?

Honestly, there’s nothing I liked least. This tool feels interconnected with everything and really cuts down my day-to-day workload, which makes tasks much easier overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Centralized IT Management with Enhanced Automation"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Ivanti ITSM?

I like how Ivanti Neurons for ITSM centralizes all IT management activities in one place, which makes the workflow more organized. The automation features are great because they reduce manual work and make it easy to track and manage tickets. Overall, it's improved efficiency and made day-to-day IT support very easy to use. It's structured and manageable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ivanti ITSM?

The platform can feel a bit complex at times, especially for new users, but it's fine after some time. It could be more intuitive, and some processes take extra steps compared to simpler tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
