"Efficient, Scalable ITSM for Modern Enterprises"
5/5
What do you like best about Ivanti ITSM?

What I like most about Ivanti Neurons for ITSM is that it brings everything together in one place. The platform makes it easy to track tickets, manage assets, and automate routine tasks, which saves a lot of time day to day. The interface is straightforward, so I’m not hunting for information or getting stuck in overly complicated menus. I also appreciate how flexible it is, since you can customize workflows and dashboards to match your team’s needs. Integrations with other IT tools help streamline operations, and the reporting features make it easier to spot trends and improve service over time. Overall, it helps our team work more efficiently and provide better support to users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ivanti ITSM?

While Ivanti Neurons for ITSM has plenty of strengths, there are a few things I don’t like. At times the interface feels overwhelming, especially when I’m trying to customize workflows or navigate the more advanced settings. The initial setup and configuration can also be complicated, and it takes a while to get everything working the way I want.

Integrations with other tools aren’t always seamless, and troubleshooting can be difficult when the documentation isn’t clear. Reporting is powerful, but tailoring reports or dashboards can be tricky and often takes extra effort. Overall, I just wish the platform were more intuitive and easier to adapt to unique business needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Highly configurable and agile"
5/5
What do you like best about Ivanti ITSM?

I find it an easy to configure product with lots of ways to achieve a solution: workflows, business rules and quick actions. all provide a great configurable platform to enable me to innovate any business process solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ivanti ITSM?

The look and feel of Self Service UI can be improved, we're still in V1 as we're waiting for some issues to be fixed before moving to V3.

Also some focus should be put toward improving existing functions more than new ones. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great for Tracking Contracts, Entitlements, and Renewal Dates"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Ivanti ITSM?

I have the ability to track software contracts including entitlements and renewal dates. Additionally, I use the hardware data build the PC Refresh schedule. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ivanti ITSM?

I find it very cumbersome to get software contract details from Neurons to ITSM. We have the connector enabled but the complete data will not populate in the software CI on the ITSM side. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable ITSM Platform for Workflow Management and Ticket Tracking for Ivanti Neurons for ITSM"
4/5
What do you like best about Ivanti ITSM?

What I like most about Ivanti Neurons for ITSM is how customizable it is across different workflows and departments. It provides a centralized place to manage tickets, requests, assets, and approvals, so I don’t have to jump between multiple systems. I also appreciate that it can be tailored to an organization’s specific processes rather than forcing a one-size-fits-all setup. Once it’s configured properly, it improves visibility, tracking, and communication across teams, which makes day-to-day coordination much smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ivanti ITSM?

One thing I dislike about Ivanti Neurons for ITSM is that it can feel overly complex at times, particularly when I’m trying to make configuration changes or set up workflows. Some parts of the interface aren’t very intuitive, which can slow things down and make training and onboarding take longer than expected. "Clean UI and Smart AI Automation That Speeds Up ITSM Work"
5/5
What do you like best about Ivanti ITSM?

What I like most about Ivanti Neurons for ITSM is its UI/UX and AI capabilities. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, which makes daily tasks like ticket management, approvals, and tracking much faster. The dashboards are customizable, so I can quickly see what matters without digging through menus.

On the AI side, the automation and intelligent suggestions really stand out. It helps in categorizing tickets, recommending solutions, and even reducing manual effort through self-service options. Over time, this has noticeably improved response times and reduced workload, especially for repetitive issues. The combination of a user-friendly interface and smart automation makes the whole experience much more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ivanti ITSM?

One downside of Ivanti Neurons for ITSM is that certain parts of the system can feel overly complex, particularly during the initial setup or when you’re trying to customize workflows. The UI is generally solid, but some of the more advanced configuration options aren’t very intuitive and can take extra time—or additional support—to set up correctly.

The AI features are helpful, but they aren’t always fully accurate and sometimes require manual correction. Performance can also occasionally slow down when working with larger volumes of tickets or generating reports. Overall, it’s a strong platform, but there’s a noticeable learning curve, and a few areas could be streamlined further. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
