A few custom templates, a service account and a read only account in JAMF and you are set up! **What do you dislike about ITS Jamf Integration?** While it is very simple to set up and use, you definitely pay for that convenience. If you are a large enough corporation that it makes sense to set it and forget it, the cost is well worthwhile. If you have a smaller footprint of IT assets, it may not be cost effective. **What problems is ITS Jamf Integration solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest problem being solved is having all of your assets in one place. Right now and in past roles, I have about 3 different locations to query how many assets I have in my IT environment and some result with differing results. ITS JAMF integration cuts through all of that and makes it so your Tier 1-2 Help Desk team and anyone else with ServiceNow access can easily see what assets are active in the system and assigned to whom rather than needing to reach out to the engineering team who manages JAMF to query some data ### 5.
