By using this we can give assurance to our customer

Sometimes there should unexpected things may happen. Those people who does not have this knowledge they may be able to breach the SLA, So with proper guidance and training we can reduce the risks.

All good but the interface is a little hard to understand, although it is understandable and it can be habitual in the period of time but for using the first time its is a bit hard
