When the extensive need for web services for real estate agencies was realised by the founders of Improve IT Solutions, IT for Realty was founded in 2018 with the purpose of providing real estate agencies with all the tools needed for reaching success in the digital era. IT for Realty has during the last 5 years worked with creating real estate websites as well as a comprehensive platform for new developments called The Development Index. Services furthermore include integrations for importing and exporting properties between websites, marketing platforms and property portals. Other services include various real estate-related tools such as marketing forms, online marketing and the development of a mortgage calculator. In fact, IT for Realty is currently in partnership with the up-and-coming mortgage service called Habeno. IT for Realty is in charge of the integration of the Habeno Mortgage Calculator to agents' websites, a service providing property buyers with a comparison of pre-approved loans from more than 30 Spanish banks.
