**What do you like best about IRIS Analytics?**

Since we implemented this system in our organization, we have noticed a significant optimization in our own processes. What fascinates me most about IRIS Analytics is its ease of use and its ability to examine monumental chunks of data in real time. This allowed us to make more informed choices and improve our operational efficiency.

**What do you dislike about IRIS Analytics?**

However, I must admit that initially it took me a bit to get used to the program, however with the support of the IRIS Analytics technical support team, we were able to solve any problem I wanted instantly and efficiently. Their customer service is outstanding and they are always willing to help us at all times.

**What problems is IRIS Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**
