What do you like best about IP Now?

We have used the software for several years as an IPMS system in our IP department and are still enthusiastic about it. Initial difficulties during data migration were always handled quickly and to our full satisfaction by the dedicated and friendly customer service. Since then, the platform has continuously developed, especially in terms of performance, and has provided an efficient working environment in our department. What do you dislike about IP Now?
