Needs more improvement. **What problems is InvoMax solving and how is that benefiting you?** Solving the automotive problem and making it ease of use ### 2. The software was behaving as expected initially but later started falling apart. There were a lot of issues from launcing the application to perform basic operations. **What do you dislike about InvoMax?** The application is very slow. Has a ton of bugs. Not sure why this application was released in market without proper testing. The cherry to the cake was tge customer support which was more difficult to manage than the application itself. **What problems is InvoMax solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had a client who were using this and since we were supporting them we were using this application. We had to spend a lot of time and money in working with this software. It was not a pleasant experience. ### 3. Nothing. Nothing **What do you dislike about InvoMax?** Everything, this program is buggy, problematic & ZERO tech support. I had been a user from 1991 when you had to buy the software then pay for support. When they changed to "rent" software, they would no longer support my "Owned" software. In addition, I could no longer see my previous repair orders because I didn't continue to PAY for the service that I was no longer using. 15 years of customer records were no longer available on my "OWNED" software! I am also comfortable that you will not publish the review! **What problems is InvoMax solving and how is that benefiting you?** Just in case you didn't understand, there is NOTHING of value to this software! I am very angry with this company since I can no longer review previous customer records or information of any kind since they will not unlock my OWNED software! ### 4.
