IP has been extremely helpful in PO management. The reporting features are clear and insightful, and the level of customization allows processes to be tailored easily to specific needs. One downside is the inability to export reports with embedded images, as exports currently only include image URLs, which creates extra manual work when visual documentation is required. There is also no option to bulk IP tag products within transfer and PO orders. This makes it difficult to accurately track when a product has gone into a store and when it has been taken out, rather than only seeing the last received date, which may simply reflect a refill.
