There is also no option to bulk IP tag products within transfer and PO orders. This makes it difficult to accurately track when a product has gone into a store and when it has been taken out, rather than only seeing the last received date, which may simply reflect a refill. Currently, IP is investigating a glitch involving API interference when stock is received against a PO at the same time notes are saved, which in most cases has resulted in the received units being cancelled out and removed. Inventory Planner, synced with Linnworks, has made a big difference to how we manage purchasing and stock. Planning and creating purchase orders is now much easier and far more organised. The forecasting is clear, reliable, and simple to update when needed. Stock-outs are minimal, stock holding is at a healthy level, and we no longer experience the overstocks we had in previous years before using the platform. The best feature has to be the stock replenishment tool and raising POs. This has saved us a lot of time and allows us to plan our stock requirements forward without overstocking based on lead time and historical sales data. From the day we got Inventory Planner, the software was easy to implement, the training was good to set it up, and any discrepancies we did have were quickly rectified or explained. We used to order everything on our site by sitting with many Excel sheets, pieces of paper, and inaccurate data, to try and guess what we will need. The platform empowers us to make smarter replenishment choices by providing transparent insights into stock movements, supplier lead times, and purchasing requirements. As a result, we have experienced better stock availability, a reduction in manual errors, and more streamlined planning overall. A major advantage for us has been the boost in operational efficiency. The reporting and analytics features are both thorough and user-friendly, which helps our team make quicker, more informed decisions. Additionally, we have noticed tangible improvements in cash flow, since we can minimize excess inventory and prevent unnecessary purchases. We highly recommend Inventory Planner to any growing business seeking to improve stock control, simplify purchasing, and eliminate operational inefficiencies. Occasionally, we've experienced delays in syncing data from our e-commerce platform, resulting in stock or sales information not being updated as quickly as we would like. This can cause issues if not carefully monitored, as outdated information may persist. Regarding the pricing structure, Inventory Planner represents a considerable investment. Although we recognize the value it provides, the current pricing might be challenging for smaller businesses or those operating with limited budgets. Our Team, we are very impressed about how detailed and customer Inventory Planner could be. also for me good thing with Sage Inventory Planner is its using more factors to consider, and not flat rate. As you can see that's the good thing about the dynamic forecast we can use now with inventory software, compare to the flat rate used if we are just doing it scratch pads or excel. It has scheduled reports, and we love how the reports are for different aspects that we needed. For example, we could automate PO ordering with it, and also weekly reports that are very useful. What I may dislike although its highly customizable, there is some limitations on the regards of the forecast. Not so much of a big deal as of the moment but we cannot combine different forecasting methods. Right now there are three forecasting methods, and two of them I can combine to be specific to our needs, but they said only once method of forecast per SKU Level is possible. Before using inventory planner, our company suffers from stockouts multiple times we cannot see we are gonna run out of stocks, but with the help of inventory planner we are able to be prepared more and see in zoom out level and zoom in of what we need to order now, how many, and when is the due.
