## Intuto Reviews
  ### 1. Helpful and Efficient IT Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Claire L. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2023

**What do you like best about Intuto?**

No matter how difficult a task may be, the team always finds a way to complete it. Although Im not very tech savvy, everyone on the Intuto staff has gone above and beyond to help me. They scheduled time for routine meetings and even provided our personnel with training to help them execute their jobs more effectively.

**What do you dislike about Intuto?**

Finding students campaign results can be difficult, especially if you dont know the register they took the test under. I dont know why this irritating but i found this discrepancy problematic.

**What problems is Intuto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The support staff is also excellent and always eager to go above and above to make sure we receive the greatest service. To any small or medium-sized organisation wishing to enhance their training offerings, I heartily recommend Intuto.

  ### 2. Working well for us

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joe M. | Learning and Development Business Partner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 18, 2019

**What do you like best about Intuto?**

the service, value-pricing, and ability to enrol unlimited users.

**What do you dislike about Intuto?**

For some of the reporting, I have to download the data before I can work with it vs. doing it within their system; but, their team have been very open to taking feedback and are constantly upgrading and enhancing their system.

**Recommendations to others considering Intuto:**

definitely take a look at them to see if they meet your needs - and the service is A for Awesome

**What problems is Intuto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are several needs we are addressing with Intuto - its main benefit for us is that your licensing structure allows us to provide eLearning access to our members (volunteers) as well as staff. Our membership is approximately 17,000 and our staff, approximately 500. In addition to that, however, it is very user-friendly where our material can be quickly launched, which supports our growing eLearning focus. You also offer some creative options which gives our material a cleaner, more professional look than our other current provider (their contract has not yet expired and we are transitioning from them). Cost, of course, is another important factor for us being a Non Profit, and your services are very reasonable. It's also great we are not restricted with a multi-year contract to use Intuto. Still another benefit from Intuto for us is your amazing service team - working with Paige has been amazing - it had been frustrating with another provider for us of not being able to get a hold of anyone when we had concerns - we only seemed to reach them when we were going to spend money with them. Paige gets back in touch as soon as my fingers leave the keyboard with a query!

**Official Response from AJ Sallis:**

> Thanks Joe. Really appreciate your feedback and continued support.

  ### 3. From the moment we met with the Intuto team they understood exactly what was required and delivered

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joanna C. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2019

**What do you like best about Intuto?**

The ease of using the system is fantastic. The team are responsive and work with us to make things happen, nothing seems to be to difficult for them. I am useless with IT and every member of the Intuto team has helped me above and beyond the call of duty. They put time aside for regular meetings and have trained members of our staff so that they can do their jobs more effectively.

**What do you dislike about Intuto?**

There is nothing that I dislike about working with Intuto, occasionally as with all computer software programmes there may be a glitch but they have resolved it immediately and worked with us to make our system better.

**Recommendations to others considering Intuto:**

I have no hesitation in recommending Intuto to many of my clients, I always offer to do an introduction and I know that the team at Intuto will look after them and their needs.

**What problems is Intuto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having an online training programme that requires different types of learning from being able to explain through text, having photographs and videos available can be difficult to manage, Intuto have made it easy and the ability to have a question section to ensure that out clients are achieving the results required is imperative. The clients love it and the ability we have to customise the course for each client is invaluable.

**Official Response from AJ Sallis:**

> Thanks Jo :-)

  ### 4. Awesome Learning Management System

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joseph M. | Recording Artist and Professional Performer, Professional Training & Coaching, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 16, 2019

**What do you like best about Intuto?**

Superior support, can accommodate unlimited users for fixed monthly rate, inexpensive without long contract period, easy to use and monitor, good reporting functionality, software used allows for additional features from a basic eLearning course

**What do you dislike about Intuto?**

nothing comes to mind - they're always enhancing as goes along

**Recommendations to others considering Intuto:**

You will NOT be disappointed to at least take a look at Intuto, I promise it's worth your time. the main feature for us is that it's a cost-efficient way to offer elearning to our thousands of volunteers, and also improves our L&D record-keeping.

**What problems is Intuto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're fairly new to Intuto as we wait for our other system contract to end to transition over. Our biggest needs were to have a system with the capability to accommodate our thousands of volunteers without significant cost, and to improve our L&D reporting functionality

**Official Response from AJ Sallis:**

> Thank you Joseph, appreciate you taking the time the leave us a review.

  ### 5. Intuto got me a pay rise!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tania D. | Ms, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 19, 2019

**What do you like best about Intuto?**

it is easy to use and looks professional, and the support is ALWAYS fast, efficient and reliable. oh and super friendly too.
The lay out is nice, and it is easy for the trainees to use, not just the administrators.
it allows us to create relevant content at a level suitable for the learner.

**What do you dislike about Intuto?**

because its so easy, people want me to create more training modules. so i pretend its hard, so that they think i work hard.
But it is very hard to find something to dislike about the product.

**Recommendations to others considering Intuto:**

do it.

**What problems is Intuto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

employee inductions, training, compliance
we can make sure that the same information is being given to all staff across the board, as well as contractors and suppliers.

**Official Response from AJ Sallis:**

> Thanks Tania, really appreciate the review and happy to help :-)

  ### 6. Great LMS with fun tools for learning content.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sylvie T. | Chief HR Officer (CHRO), Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2019

**What do you like best about Intuto?**

Prompt support from the team, useful platform and reporting, useful tools for creating engaging learning content.

**What do you dislike about Intuto?**

Settings are not particularly intuitive, you have to hunt around to find system settings and to comprehensively set up your team in clusters for the appropriate content. Using the more interactive learning tools (e.g. drag and drop words into the correct place in sentences, flash cards) seems to require significant effort and some coding knowledge. Being able to choose from more pre-select options would sort this pain point.

**What problems is Intuto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our team require specialised, technical knowledge. We use Intuto to provide that training and ask them to refresh every X period, as well as for the induction and onboarding of new employees.

**Official Response from AJ Sallis:**

> Thanks for the review and feedback Sylvie. Totally agree that we can improve the design around some of the advanced settings. It's in the pipeline! In the meantime our customer success team will happily jump on the phone and work with you to configure your settings to work best with your team. We'll be in touch!

  ### 7. Intuto is so user friendly!!

**What do you dislike about Intuto?**

I haven't found anything I do dislike yet.

**Recommendations to others considering Intuto:**

Ask the team anything!! They are so helpful and nothing is too much trouble.

**What problems is Intuto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Servicing rural, regional and remote members in Australia. Members who cannot easily access or attend CPD but who must accrue yearly.

**Official Response from AJ Sallis:**

> Thank you for the kind words and review Mailin. I'll make sure to share your feedback with the team.

  ### 8. Expert team who are super supportive and great to speak with

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt J. | Founder of Health and Safety Professionals New Zealand, Management Consulting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 27, 2019

**What do you like best about Intuto?**

Inituitive tool that is easy to use. The final product looks clean and professional.

**What do you dislike about Intuto?**

It would be great for Intuto to develop the LMS side of things further. A space to track employee training, up and coming training requirements and reminders for up and coming training refreshers and renewals

**What problems is Intuto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Accessible and affordable online learning that can be catered to the audience, company and industry.

**Official Response from AJ Sallis:**

> Thanks for the review Matt. We have some big plans around improving reminders and renewals as we know it's not as clear as it could be and couple be improved. At the moment you can set automatic reminders in the course publishing settings but we're going to make this clearer in an upcoming release. Great feedback!

  ### 9. Targeted Learning

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Spencer M. | Client Relationship Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2019

**What do you like best about Intuto?**

That we can be sure that our staff have an understanding of what is required of them

**What do you dislike about Intuto?**

It is a little time consuming to initially add new candidates and make them participants of the appropriate course, when we already input the same information into payroll and rostering programs.

**Recommendations to others considering Intuto:**

Be active the more you use it the more beneficial it will be.

**What problems is Intuto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Existing knowledge testing, Training of new skills, on boarding information, Health and Safety,
Introduction requirements. information refresher courses

**Official Response from AJ Sallis:**

> Thanks for the review Spenser. We are working on our integration API so hopefully we'll be able to better integrate with 3rd party systems in the near future, stay tuned!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 18, 2019

**What do you like best about Intuto?**

Intuto is fully customized and you can design the way you wish according to business needs.

**What do you dislike about Intuto?**

It is quite challenging to find students result out of the campaign especially when you don't know under what registration they completed the test.

**Recommendations to others considering Intuto:**

Inuto is user friendly and no doubt but need to be functioning properly when it comes to take students' results out. It needs to be in a graph or something instead of excel sheel.

**What problems is Intuto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving problems such as more different type of tests and Intuto is working on it.

**Official Response from AJ Sallis:**

> Thank you for the feedback, much appreciated. I will pass your feedback on the campaigns to the product team. We have more reports and a new dashboard that we will be releasing later this year or early next year.

**What do you like best about Intuto?**

We find it easy to load training modules onto Intuto and it is simple and quick to set up new users and to share content with them.

  ### 18. Suitable for a diagnostic placement test tool, and a short course before coming to NZ

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2019

**What do you like best about Intuto?**

How easy it is to navigate around. The layout and aesthetics of the programme.

**What do you dislike about Intuto?**

That with the placement test (Vital English), the development of tests are so slow.

**What problems is Intuto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Settings can't be duplicated. We have different codes for different agent. Each code needs to be created and the setting has to be changed to specify who to give the notification to. Since we have many agents, there have been slip ups where the creator forgot to manually type the email details. This can be prevented if we can duplicate settings.

**Official Response from AJ Sallis:**

> Thank you for your review and feedback. You are right that copying and pasting into online text boxes can mess up the formatting. The bad news is that this a fairly common problem on the web especially if copying and pasting from MS Word. The good news is that you can fix this by first pasting into a text only application then copying that text online. Our customer success team will be happy to give you a live tutorial on how this can be done.
