We relied on this online application to manage the accounting records for our small business, paying less than $100 each month to keep the service active. The platform was straightforward and user-friendly, making it easy to handle our bookkeeping needs. In my experience, it truly distinguishes itself from other similar products. I experienced several disappointing Customer Support calls that could easily drive a customer to cancel their account. These interactions were so frustrating that they would ruin my entire day. Additionally, I encountered a problem where I was double billed for services I wasn't even using, and it took weeks to finally resolve the issue. Ultimately, after we finished building and implementing our application, we decided to switch to Zoho. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
