Intrakore Reviews & Product Details

Intrakore is a cloud construction ERP for mid to large contractors in the UAE and wider GCC, including main contractors, fit-out, MEP and design-and-build firms. It connects CRM, estimation, procurement, site operations, finance and HR on one record, so a won tender becomes the live project budget and the margin priced at tender is the margin tracked on site. Estimators build BOQs from central rate books and lock margin baselines. Site teams log daily reports, deliveries and variations from a phone. Commercial teams track variations, subcontractor IPCs, retentions and back-charges per job. Finance gets live cost value reconciliation, milestone billing, UAE VAT and Corporate Tax. HR covers WPS payroll files, attendance mapped to cost codes and visa and certification expiry alerts. Data is hosted in the UAE, and KoreCast onboarding migrates existing project data before go-live.
