Support has been easy and painless. Archives emails and social media easily. Importation of old archives was easy. **What do you dislike about Intradyn?** Social Media archives as an email, would be nicer if it was more like the actual pages. But that being said, it is not a hinderance. **What problems is Intradyn solving and how is that benefiting you?** FOIA requests are made easiier. ### 2. No Frills, no Crap like Proopfoint or Mymecast. I like that it is not attached to email filtering or spam solution, that way if you want to switch spam solution your archiving is a separate enttiy. **What do you dislike about Intradyn?** Nothing really. Good people to deal with **What problems is Intradyn solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ability to separate my Spam Filtering from my Archiving. 2 Platforms, in event I want to switch from Spam Filter "A" to anohter vendor I can, without the baggage of my Archive being at the old vendor! ### 5. Better E-mail Archive Solution **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** October 22, 2021 **What do you like best about Intradyn?** The Application seem to be Intuitive and also we can able to archive the mails in a Flexible Manner, as normally if the size of the mailbox is lesser, we need this kind of archiving solution, Since we don't have to apply any problematic settings. **What do you dislike about Intradyn?** Sometimes we may face a difficulty in archiving if the storage email files has more attachments, so there is less chances of retrieving those mails using this tool. **What problems is Intradyn solving and how is that benefiting you?** The Problems are the one that are being highlighted with reference to mails containing more attachments, as using this tool, it is difficult to retrieve those for future purposes, But on the other hand, using this tool, we can increase the storage space of the Mailbox to a Certain Extent by Archiving the emails with Larger File Size to some Extent. ### 6. Was also easy to implement. **What do you dislike about Intradyn?** It works well as an email archiver. Load times can be slow but not so bad that I would consider it a negative. **What problems is Intradyn solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are required to archive for compliance and this tool just works. Other options on the market are clunky at best and way overpriced for what you get. Intradyn is the solution we were looking for! ### 7. Automated searches and email notifications help me stay on top of my reviews. Easy custom searching. **What do you dislike about Intradyn?** Not intuitive, no built on reports or custom report capabilities. Need to have a demo. **What problems is Intradyn solving and how is that benefiting you?** Required review and archiving of employees emails, on an at least monthly basis. I run automatic searches around key words nightly. Able to locate emails from entire company based on custom searches. ### 8. Works amazingly well with lots of options available. Works with any popular mail server application. **What do you dislike about Intradyn?** No downsides identified to this moment. Would be interesting to see how the app performs when fully loaded with large data sets.
