**What do you like best about InterWiz AI?**

What I like most is how much easier it’s made our workflow. Candidates can complete interviews on their own time, and we just go through the structured reports when it works for us. It’s cut out a lot of the scheduling back-and-forth and still gives us a really solid, detailed view of each candidate.

**What do you dislike about InterWiz AI?**

Nothing major comes to mind so far. It’s been pretty smooth and does what we need it to do.

**What problems is InterWiz AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s mainly solving the time and coordination issues we used to deal with around screening calls. We’re no longer juggling calendars or chasing availability, which has saved us a lot of time. It’s made it much easier to scale our hiring without putting extra pressure on the team, while still keeping the quality of evaluations high.
