**What do you like best about Interviewjet?**

It saved me a lot of time by bringing pre-screened, top candidates directly to me, so I could focus on interviews rather than endless searching.

**What do you dislike about Interviewjet?**

The candidate selection felt a bit narrow, mostly focused on tech roles, which limited my options for other types of positions.

**What problems is Interviewjet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Instead of spending hours sorting through applications or searching for talent, I get a shortlist of strong candidates right away. This saved my time and effort, letting me focus on meeting and hiring the right person faster.

Finding candidates for non-tech position was limited.
