I like the ability our team has to stay organized, while also collaborating on a project and seeing where our project stands, based on time recorded, as well as comments that different users make. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our office sometimes struggles with keeping track of all the of tickets and tasks in our system. The user interface is also starting to look dated. I wish the interface felt a little bit more like basecamp. In fact, our office currently uses basecamp as well, but if we could do everything in intervals, we probably would. We can manage projects either based on fixed quotes, or time and materials open-ended projects.

I don't like the timesheet format...wish I could pick my tasks at the beginning of the week and keep assigning time to them throughout the week (maybe I'm using the wrong style of timesheet). Also would like the relationship of estimates to actuals to be more clear...the estimates I enter when I create the project don't do anything that I know of. I love Intervals because it is easy to use.
