## About Interlink Commerce
Interlink Commerce was born because big-name Electronic Data Transfer (EDI) providers were falling short. Our President, Ed Dewsnap, saw every mistake they were making during the course of his work: integrating EDI with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. Customers were routinely forced into rigid EDI packages that didn’t do what they needed… and were stuck with sluggish service and cumbersome software, to boot. He decided enterprise-level EDI didn’t have to be that hard. **What do you like best about Interlink Commerce?**

Interlink Commerce has been an outstanding company, and their customer service is top-notch. My company, S&K Aerospace, LLC, chose Interlink Commerce because they could onboard us quickly and guide us through the rigorous testing process required by the Defense Logistics Agency. The team at Interlink Commerce—especially Mr. Ed Dewsnap—walked us through every step, from onboarding and EDI transaction setup to each stage of testing. They were also able to make adjustments on the fly in response to changes in the U.S. Government system. We could not have asked for better support and an easy to use interface to track all our EDI transactions.

**What do you dislike about Interlink Commerce?**

I can't think of any dislikes. Interlink Commerce is an outstanding company and they are very helpful any time we have questions or require assistance.

**What problems is Interlink Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our initial challenge was our limited experience with EDI transactions for inventory management and invoicing. The team at Interlink Commerce was very helpful in educating my team as we worked to implement their EDI solution into our business operations. We have been working with Interlink for over three years, and they not only helped us get up and running, but also supported us through a successful transition into this contract. As a result, we saw exceptional performance in inventory control and timely invoicing.

**What do you like best about Interlink Commerce?**

Interlink has been able to automate our EDI process in a way the big guys couldn’t. We operate in an extraordinarily complex environment, and none of the other vendors were able to automate it, which meant every document had to be handled manually. With Interlink, they’ve customized our processing so we only have to touch documents on an exception basis, instead of that being the norm.

**What do you dislike about Interlink Commerce?**

The follow-up and overall communication could be better, but they’re always there when I need them.

**What problems is Interlink Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Interlink has helped us automate our EDI to a level we could only have wished for in the past. We integrate with Sage 300, which already rules out many vendors, and our complex environment meant that a lot of tasks simply couldn’t be automated. Interlink was able to build custom processes and technology that now let us automate most of our EDI document handling.

We’ve never brought them a request that they’ve responded to with “no, we can’t.” They’ve been responsive, innovative, and creative, and they’ve proven to be a solid partner for our complex needs.

**What do you like best about Interlink Commerce?**

One of the features we rely on is the Interlink dashboard. At a glance, we can quickly view sales activity by trading partner and track daily, monthly, and year-to-date sales without having to generate complicated reports.  We also greatly value the expertise of the Interlink team. They have become a true partner in our business, not just a software provider. Our order volume can triple during peak seasons, creating significant pressure on our warehouse team to meet daily shipping requirements. To help us manage that growth, Interlink developed a shipping manifest system and integrated packing slip/label solution that streamlined our fulfillment process and enabled our warehouse team to efficiently process hundreds of orders each day.

**What do you dislike about Interlink Commerce?**

Overall, our experience with Interlink has been very positive, but one area where I would like to see enhancements is in the dashboard area.  The Interlink data contains information that our sales team would find valuable. As our business has grown and the number of trading partners has increased, more dashboard customization and stronger reporting capabilities would be a valuable enhancement. Being able to build additional user-defined reports and save customized views would make it even easier for us to analyze sales and operational data and keep up with day-to-day needs.  That being said, whenever we need a report, there is always someone at Interlink to brainstorm with and they will create the reports that I need.

**What problems is Interlink Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One example that demonstrates Interlink's value as a true business partner occurred during our peak season. Because our business is highly seasonal, our daily order volume can increase from approximately 40 orders per day to more than 700 orders per day almost overnight. This placed tremendous pressure on our warehouse team to keep up with daily shipping requirements.
Rather than simply offering software support, the Interlink team worked with us to analyze our fulfillment process and discovered that a surprisingly time-consuming step was manually writing customer names on mailing envelopes.
To solve this, Interlink developed a customized packing slip with a removable label section that included the customer's name and order number. As warehouse staff packed each order, they could immediately place the label on the envelope while waiting for the shipping labels to print.
By eliminating this simple but repetitive manual task, our warehouse team increased productivity by approximately 50% per person.

What I like best about Interlink Commerce is their ease of integration & onboarding with other companies' EDI platform.  This was the best move we made switching providers, extremely happy with Interlink Commerce.

I never had any issues with Interlink Commerce.

**What problems is Interlink Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The onboarding process is completed within hours unlike our previous EDI provider that took weeks.  Their help in streamlining our order process proved to be invaluable as well as the integration process and other custom scripts that took away all the manual entries in our Order Entry system.

We’ve been working with Interlink for over 10 years. The Interlink team is professional, attentive, and affordable, and they’ve consistently been a reliable partner throughout our time together.

**What do you dislike about Interlink Commerce?**

Communication can sometimes be a challenge, and occasionally a fix requires a follow-up round to get it fully resolved. But overall we're happy working with Interlink.

**What problems is Interlink Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Interlink Commerce manages our entire EDI operation - from initial setup through order receiving and invoicing. Over the past decade, they've handled countless trading partner connections and supported us through multiple system migrations, making what could have been extremely complex transitions much smoother. For our business, having a reliable EDI partner that handles this end-to-end is invaluable.

Interlink is pretty much a turnkey EDI operation. They've configured their system to work seamlessly with our ERP.
