Although it is only useful for certain health plans, it is a very efficient service. It has multiple platforms within the program and I find it to be one of the most user friendly sites. Even if you do have a technical problem, they are excellent in regards to customer service over the phone. I have never had to wait an extended period of time to get answers or to verbally request an authorization. People are always friendly and willing to help you. What problems is intelliPath ePA solving and how is that benefiting you?
I get quick decisions for authorizations for our sleep study patients. I find that it does a pretty good job with screening questions and it makes my job so much easier. I get answers quickly so that my patients know that their services are approved. My co-workers also use it for different radiological approvals and they are also impressed at the ease of use.
