Customer service sometimes is not great when you have to call in to tech support. It is also frustrating that when things spend sometimes it will not allow you to upload clinical documents and they have to be faxed in, which takes a long time and puts a burden on our fax server. When submitting requests, there is no function to go "back." So if you accidentally click something incorrectly, or put in the incorrect physician, code, etc, you had to cancel and start over. I haven't found an expedite feature. Although decisions are quick, it would be nice to have an expedited review choice available. I often have patient's with more emergent needs and I feel like it would be helpful to expedite if necessary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
