Having used the platform for medical prior authorizations, this reviewer finds that online initiation and completion is much better than waiting on hold. Customer service is sometimes lacking when contacting tech support.

When submitting requests, there is no function to go "back." So if you accidentally click something incorrectly, or put in the incorrect physician, code, etc, you had to cancel and start over. I haven't found an expedite feature. Although decisions are quick, it would be nice to have an expedited review choice available. I often have patient's with more emergent needs and I feel like it would be helpful to expedite if necessary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
