## Integrate.io Reviews
  ### 1. Xplenty for ETL

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Korey L. | VP of Data, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 05, 2021

**What do you like best about Integrate.io?**

+ Easy to use ETL tool and friendly UI / UX
+ High level of customization
+ Excellent and responsive customer support team
+ Preset integrations are great, but enables integration with any rest API

**What do you dislike about Integrate.io?**

- Ticketing threading is confusing, and it's challenging to track and find a specific thread if you have more than one issue
- Documentation and syntax on transformations could be better within the UI / UX and the help center
- Handoff between support agents is not always smooth

**What problems is Integrate.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

+ Streamlining and scheduling ETL pipelines
+ Automation of data inputs into our data warehouse

  ### 2. Easy to use ETL tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Publishing | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 01, 2021

**What do you like best about Integrate.io?**

Anyone can use it - developers, analysts, business people. It's not overcrowded with functionality and does the things it does do, well. Support is also helpful and available in real time. I like the drag and drop functionality for creating new data pipelines and how it easy it is to schedule packages.

**What do you dislike about Integrate.io?**

I wish I had the ability to re-execute a package with the same variables after it fails. I also wish I had the ability to execute pre-sql before operations into BigQuery.

**What problems is Integrate.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trying to make it easy to pull data from rest APIS, move data in between databases, connect to our major vendors like Salesforce, and create rollups of data in our databases.

  ### 3. XPlenty helps us get the data we need where we need it

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Neil A. | Sales Operations Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 28, 2021

**What do you like best about Integrate.io?**

XPlenty is very flexible which helps us meet our needs

**What do you dislike about Integrate.io?**

There's not much to dislike. It's pretty malleable which allows us to use it for basically anything that can be done with other apps

**What problems is Integrate.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're moving data between databases to other databases at specified intervals. The scheduling really helps us to align our processes and things happening when they should

  ### 4. Finally got our dashboards for data-driven decision making

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James C. | CEO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2021

**What do you like best about Integrate.io?**

Xplenty was the only team that could get across all our data sources and centralise our data in one place, then visualise it through Google Data Studio. We're a fund that looks across multiple companies-- so being able to finally compare like for like across companies puts us on better rails for decision making. While there were other solutions out there promising speed and simplicity, Xplenty was the only team the held our hands as we did the transformations needed to actually be able to realise data aggregation in a human sensical way.

**What do you dislike about Integrate.io?**

Xplenty requires you to speak to the m first, which can be off putting. However, it soon becomes very clear that truly solving the data aggregation problem (possibly the problem of the decade) requires a level of hand holding - even with data scientists in house - that made us grateful for having access to their expertise.

**Recommendations to others considering Integrate.io:**

Does data drive your decisions? Or intuition?

**What problems is Integrate.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We solved the problem of "what on earth is going on across all our companies?". Visualising our sales funnels, getting an understanding of customer personas, seeing real time updates, measuring tactical things like page speed, 404 errors, conversion rates, response rates... To strategic things like growth goals, Net Revenue Retention and ARPA/ASP movements / cohort analysis.

  ### 5. Easy to manage plugins. Great customer service.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anuradha K. | Senior Project Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 02, 2021

**What do you like best about Integrate.io?**

A number of highlights - easy to manage drag and drop features, consistent and reliable hosting, excellent customer service. Online help chat is a massive advantage.

**What do you dislike about Integrate.io?**

Nothing much, the monthly subscription cost is a little high.

**What problems is Integrate.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use explenty for number ETL's and build integrations to external systems.

  ### 6. Value for money with amazing customer support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anders C. | Senior Director of Data Engineering, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2021

**What do you like best about Integrate.io?**

For the most part it just works. When MySQL replication has stalled it ha been due to high load or bad reconfiguration on our side, and their support team has been very proactive in reaching out to alert us with suggestions on how to resolve the issue. Any questions are answered promptly and the support team always ensures that the customer is totally happy before closing the case. It's very well priced and the pay-as-you-go model works for us.

**What do you dislike about Integrate.io?**

Running an SSH tunnel on a dedicated EC2 instance instead of VPC peering is an overhead I would prefer to avoid if possible, and only a Cloudformation template is provided (our company standard is Terraform so there was additional work required to convert). Customer support is not quite 24/7, though to be fair it still seems like they are responding at all hours of the day..

**What problems is Integrate.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Flydata for replicating MySQL data from our Production system into Redshift. Over the last year we have had zero issues on the Flydata side in this regard - for the most part we don't even need to think of it and our MySQL data is always in sync in the data warehouse.
This allows our analysts to work with Production data in near-real-time within a system dedicated to reporting, and where there is no additional load put on our Production system.
Without Flydata we would need to run additional infrastructure like Kakfa/Kafka Connect or write a custom solution to replicate the data, which would of course require engineering work and ongoing maintenance.

  ### 7. amazing powerful integration tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Noga S. | Revenue operation director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 03, 2021

**What do you like best about Integrate.io?**

Xplenty is very easy to use and I can rely on it; GREAT customer service

**What do you dislike about Integrate.io?**

in very rare cases integration might be challenging, but we solved it with the customer support

**What problems is Integrate.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

information from our product platform to Salesforce

  ### 8. Good tool for creating data pipelines

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 05, 2021

**What do you like best about Integrate.io?**

We have used Xplenty since our early days to help us pass data between our systems. The drag-and-drop functionality and visual editor makes it easy for team members to follow the data flow. Being able to check the soundness of the logic through validation is helpful too.

**What do you dislike about Integrate.io?**

For a long time, Xplenty was not able to sign BAAs, which limited the types of data we could use Xplenty for.

**What problems is Integrate.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ETL, data transformation

  ### 9. Not a bad tool but expensive for what it does

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospitality | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 29, 2021

**What do you like best about Integrate.io?**

The interface is pretty intuitive and capabilities are good

**What do you dislike about Integrate.io?**

GUI for this type of tasks doesn't really fit the needs of a modern data team. Doesn't scale well compared to code-based solutions.
It's pretty expensive.
We've had issues with our pipelines and support was not great.

**What problems is Integrate.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Data pipeline from production to data warehouse

  ### 10. Good product and helpful support team!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sura M. | Data Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2021

**What do you like best about Integrate.io?**

-Always developing new features
-Sanbox cluster available for development and testing purposes
-Job validation before running it which saves a lot of time
-Can connect to a wide range of data sources

**What do you dislike about Integrate.io?**

-Debugging can be a challenge sometimes, error logs are not specific.
-Slow interface response time when navigating between fields and packages.
-Can write a query only in the source component but you can't in the select component.

**What problems is Integrate.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

-Pulling and processing data from multiple sources, aggregating and appending it to our database.
-Automating creation of dataflows and customization of variables in packages to support different teams with minimal manual effort.
Benefits:
Ability to do bulk updates for different packages

  ### 11. Xplenty is a relly good ETL tool to integrate with different data sources.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leonardo Bueno A. | Business Intelligence, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 28, 2021

**What do you like best about Integrate.io?**

Xplenty connects with different data sources such as CGP, SAP and Salesforce.

**What do you dislike about Integrate.io?**

Xplenty is a little expensive to be implemented.

**What problems is Integrate.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This tool is integrating different data sources and transforming data to be stored in a common place (data warehouse).

  ### 12. Works really good for Data ETL process

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gabriel G. | Regional Success Architect, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 28, 2021

**What do you like best about Integrate.io?**

capability to handle multiple data sources via HTTP

**What do you dislike about Integrate.io?**

Missing option to write custom data transformation in JS or python

**What problems is Integrate.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

quick and easy integration to heroku stack

  ### 13. Great experience. Extremely helpful customer success engineer.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2021

**What do you like best about Integrate.io?**

Most of Xplenty's customer success engineers are amazing. We were very impressed with Teri during our trial. She was one reason we decided to partner with Xplenty. Edsel Villadoz is our current customer success engineer. He is smart, and great at problem-solving, best of all, he is dependable and goes above and beyond to help us.
I also find the Xplenty chat support in the dashboard very helpful for pressing issues.

**What do you dislike about Integrate.io?**

Onboarding with our first assigned customer success engineer Ellie was less than desirable. Her attribute and support were so bad that we we were worried that it'll be a bait and switch situation.

**What problems is Integrate.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It made reporting more automated and saved a lot of time.

  ### 14. Good tool!

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 05, 2021

**What do you like best about Integrate.io?**

The UI is very useful and is easy to learn the tool when you start because the onboarding is very well.

**What do you dislike about Integrate.io?**

In my opinion, Xplenty doesn't have several functions that are more advanced.

**What problems is Integrate.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customer Segmentations

  ### 15. Time-to-Insight from 10.5 Hours to 1 Minute Using FlyData

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Priyam J. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2020

**What do you like best about Integrate.io?**

We decided to use Redshift when our database silos started increasing and the analytics team was taking an entire day for simple queries.

FlyData seems to be the best way to transfer and load data to Redshift:
- Setup took less than 30 mins. There was no way we were having our limited engineering team focus on building pipes just for loading to Redshift.
- FlyData Support team is very knowledgeable and prompt.
- Monthly pricing based on usage.

**What do you dislike about Integrate.io?**

Honestly, it does the job and so we are not looking for more out of it.

**What problems is Integrate.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

After moving to Redshift and FlyData, Eight saw a drastic improvement in their ability to deliver reporting.

Reports that originally took 10 ½ hours to run now took one minute. This enabled Eight to share KPI reports across the team every morning at a set time.

Today, we project our dashboard on a screen so that the whole company can share the same KPI at any time, and understand exactly how our service is performing.

Now we can capture our KPI in near real-time, utilizing the real-time continuous loading capabilities of FlyData.

  ### 16. XPlenty is an intuitive ETL platform that does the basics and can handle a lot of complex stuff too.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aaron K. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 01, 2020

**What do you like best about Integrate.io?**

➕ intuitive drag-and-drop interface
➕ ability to connect to REST APIs
➕ support for paginated API requests
➕ can parse nested JSON objects
➕ responsive support team
➕ easy to schedule jobs
➕ easy to manage data source & destination connections
➕ ability to add notes to dataflows
➕ ability to set variables within dataflows
➕ ability to import/export JSON within dataflows

**What do you dislike about Integrate.io?**

➖ error reporting isn't intuitive - you sometimes have to sift through lots of text in an error log in order to pinpoint the problem
➖ could have more native connectors built
➖ would be nice to see preview results of each transformation step in dataflow
➖ formatting date fields can be challenging and require a bit of trial and error
➖ versioning not available by default. Make sure to request that this is enabled.

**Recommendations to others considering Integrate.io:**

💡 Take advantage of the trial period. Have a couple of concrete use cases - at least one simple one and one complex one.
💡 Lean on the support team for assistance - they answer at all hours of day & night.
💡 Try to have an understanding of how often you need data to refresh as that will likely impact pricing.
💡 ALWAYS use the sandbox VM clusters when developing pipelines, and reserve your production cluster hours for your scheduled jobs.
💡 Use the X-Console to test formulas within transformations.
💡 Request that versioning and any new native connectors are reflected within your account

**What problems is Integrate.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I build dashboards for clients, and that often involves pulling data from disparate sources. XPlenty has allowed my company to build pipelines to automate the extraction & transformation of this data so that we can load it into a database and visualize it. Before XPlenty, we spent over a hundred hours per month on reporting where we'd combine data from Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Microsoft Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, CallRail, Hubspot, database exports, and various other sources. With XPlenty, we have created hundreds of pipelines that automatically process and send data to our cloud data warehouse so it can be visualized and analyzed. This has not only given us a full 24 hours of productivity each week, but also allowed us to create much more meaningful visuals for analysis.

  ### 17. it's a good commission tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 30, 2021

**What do you like best about Integrate.io?**

the flexibility to customize your comms plan

**What do you dislike about Integrate.io?**

it's not very flexible to change the layouts

**What problems is Integrate.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have built our comms plan and we do have a very complex plan for comms.

  ### 18. Very good tool!

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 28, 2021

**What do you like best about Integrate.io?**

The UI and the easy to use. SaS is perfect for this type of tools

**What do you dislike about Integrate.io?**

In my opinion the features are not powerful

**What problems is Integrate.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Analyze customer success

  ### 19. Powerful tools and great tech support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2021

**What do you like best about Integrate.io?**

Intuitive interface, wide range of data source connections, powerful data manipulation tools, and excellent customer support eager to help.

**What do you dislike about Integrate.io?**

Debugging can be time consuming for complex operations. The failed job error messages are log dumps but may not point to a specific operation. The dev team is working to make debugging better, I expect this to get better in the near future.

**What problems is Integrate.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Xplenty to export data to a reporting database. This allows us to run complex reports without bogging down the production database as well as combine third party data with internal data points.

  ### 20. 2 years collaboration with Xplenty

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Franck G. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 01, 2020

**What do you like best about Integrate.io?**

Clear UI, easy to use and implement. The number of ETL functionnalities are very impressive and the amount of connecter to media or more generic data sources is one of the best in the market. It's also very easy to maintain overtime all the process you develop.

**What do you dislike about Integrate.io?**

We face some issue on scalability. We manage thousands of accounts (media platforms) for our clients and we had our fare share of scalability problem.

**Recommendations to others considering Integrate.io:**

Xplenty is a very strong SaaS ETL solution. It cover all the basic ETL functionnalities and help you manage easily small dataset to any big data solution.

**What problems is Integrate.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mainly API connection to media platforms. Maintaining these API are really complex and time consuming (Facebook, Google, Twitter, Instagram, snapchat, LinkedIn, ...) are updated on a quaterly basis. Xplenty solve almost all our maintenance issue throught their connector.

  ### 21. Data migration tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2020

**What do you like best about Integrate.io?**

They have a very powerful solution to migrate data from our AWS RDS database to a Redshift cluster and an excellent dashboard to manage it. Their support team added the extra mile we were looking for, fully responsive and helpful 24/7.

**What do you dislike about Integrate.io?**

There are no downsides other than those by nature of the data replication model. In case of a big change to a table in the source such as an alter, we will need a full resync of the table on the Redshift db resulting in delays.

**What problems is Integrate.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to query our data for reporting and alerting purposes directly from a MySQL RDS, which is not the best option for analyzing big amounts of data. Migrating the data to Redshift improved the execution times of our queries by more than 400%.

  ### 22. Simple solution for critical data needs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Management Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 26, 2020

**What do you like best about Integrate.io?**

We were accumulating a lot of client data that we needed to cross query on to improve our program. We first hired an ETL consultant to sync all those MySQL databases to Redshift, but the timelines and budget seemed unpredictable and we were nervous about maintaining the infrastructure after the consultant was done.

That's when we came across FlyData!

FlyData had a self-serve sign-in and we were able to sync our sources on the onboarding flow and enter our Redshift credentials. All initial syncs were completed in a couple hours, and after that, all continuous sync (new data/change in data) reflected in Redshift in real-time.

**What do you dislike about Integrate.io?**

I would love to see daily usage metrics by tables and rows in a more consumable manner.

**What problems is Integrate.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving not having to maintain our own CDC replication pipe. We have managed to not add more load to our engineering bandwidth.

Querying things on fresh data in Redshift within 9 seconds is the most important benefit of using FlyData. Some real time feedback on ROI and changes is critical instead of doing it in a delayed, batch method.

  ### 23. Cleanest Sync. User experience and support are great.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Staffing and Recruiting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2020

**What do you like best about Integrate.io?**

We had a lot of data but nowhere to store it for analysis. We chose Redshift like many but this created another problem, which was getting our data into Redshift.

We tried doing it ourselves but that took forever before we decided to try some open source tools like Tungsten. But those required an impractical amount of maintenance and configuration. We're a small company and this was a huge distraction. We needed to sync 200+ tables across 3 different MySQL databases into Redshift in near real-time, but we couldn’t afford to spend the time maintaining a pipeline.

Enter FlyData, completed solved our problem. Super simple and easy.

It took minutes for our MySQL instance to start replicating to Redshift. The full sync took less than an hour and has been replicating changes in near real-time almost flawlessly since.

There was a free 14-day free trial initially and their support and ease-of-use was awesome.

It works so well we forget it’s there. The toggle to see or not see our deleted records in Redshift is what sets them apart from other tools we saw (with the others we would have to write views to not see our deleted records). This is what makes the FlyData replication super clean.

**What do you dislike about Integrate.io?**

The support team is fast but we've requested better reporting and visibility into issues by table and by time. Reporting could be better.

Also, they need more sources to sync from, example: Google Sheets (Sheets to Redshift)

**What problems is Integrate.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Because the real-time replication, 90% of our team has been able to make full use of their BI tools, Looker and Mode Analytics.

FlyData enables us to run reports and queries on our data easily. We have made big improvements to our business now that our data is available on-demand in Redshift.

  ### 24. Perfect fit for teams with important engineering priorities

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Max F. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 27, 2020

**What do you like best about Integrate.io?**

1. Self-serve, transparent onboarding flow.
2. Good instructions for non-Redshift experts.
3. Amazing, friendly support.

**What do you dislike about Integrate.io?**

Integrations with Slack or email - need more real-time logs on what's happening with the tables.

**What problems is Integrate.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We curate a lot of data and produce trend reports based on fresh data. It is critical that the changes in traffic are captured in real-time because it would mean changing trends (which is our entire value).

Using FlyData to put in a 100 different databases into Redshift saved us soo much time, money and manpower!

  ### 25. Xplenty is my go-to ETL - Solid SaaS offering backed up by great people

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bill H. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 27, 2020

**What do you like best about Integrate.io?**

Easy and intuitive UI, great and current documentation. The Xplenty Support team is pretty awesome, too!

**What do you dislike about Integrate.io?**

Really wish there was a Google Drive Source Connector.

**Recommendations to others considering Integrate.io:**

Embrace the people and give it a good honest and complete tire kicking. You'll be rewarded for your efforts.

**What problems is Integrate.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solving for a multitude of ETL needs from CSV parsing for multiple clients to working with somewhat standard APIs along with doing really strange things like using GraphQL endpoints to pull bulk data then filter like crazy.

  ### 26. Xplenty Review for small business

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Neil L. | Chief Technology Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2020

**What do you like best about Integrate.io?**

Ability to no-code to custom APIs to ETL data. The only solution for many of my ETL needs. We needed to connect to less common APIs and Xplenty was the only (almost) no-code was to do this. Xplenty is very flexible and has a good UI to perform this task.

**What do you dislike about Integrate.io?**

Documentation isn't the best and support isn't as fast as some competitors. Setup through Heroku was slightly confusing at first. Support team didn't appear to have a full understanding of the product.

**Recommendations to others considering Integrate.io:**

Sign up through Heroku which makes it easier to test. I found the pipeline fairly easy to setup once I had read the Xplenty documentation. I would recommend trialling Xplenty before other ETL tools as if use a less configurable ETL tool and then need a custom solution for a specific API it can be difficult to change providers.

**What problems is Integrate.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ETL for custom APIs. I needed an ETL tool which would connect to acuity, close.io and asana. The user interface is very clear to use and allowed me to quickly setup the ETLs I needed. Our benefits were very clear as previously we weren't able to pull this data into our BI system.

  ### 27. so easy, even a marketer can use it!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shaan R. | Head of Growth, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 29, 2020

**What do you like best about Integrate.io?**

easy
incredible support
connects to all the things

**What do you dislike about Integrate.io?**

could use better documentation with more examples

**Recommendations to others considering Integrate.io:**

draw out your ideal inputs/outputs in a flow chart

**What problems is Integrate.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

streaming data from APIs, marketing systems, and other databases into my data 'lake'

  ### 28. Used Xplenty to migrate data for large salesforce org consolidation

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Pharmaceuticals | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 27, 2020

**What do you like best about Integrate.io?**

Easy to use tool with relatively small learning curve and the ability to scale workloads on demand. Wide range of connector which makes the development faster.

**What do you dislike about Integrate.io?**

lack of support for some of the features of Salesforce like polymorphic lookups, Binary field (attachments) and chatter migration.

**Recommendations to others considering Integrate.io:**

I would recommend Xplenty in Big Data use cases where the need is to integrate with multitude of systems and process data at large scale.

**What problems is Integrate.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Xplenty was the primary tool used to migrate millions of records from one Salesforce org to other.
Xplenty was able to easily scale and meet performance SLA's for large scale data migration.

  ### 29. A great tool for developing data processing

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 26, 2018

**What do you like best about Integrate.io?**

The tool is very easy to use, and does not require experts to use. Anyone with some basic knowledge in data manipulation (and business knowledge) can use it. The UI is simple, easy and clear. The support is GREAT!! we asked for a new connector and it was ready in less than a month.

**What do you dislike about Integrate.io?**

We did not have any issues. If you need to tune performance, you might need someone with more technical knowledge (but this is the same as in any tool).

**Recommendations to others considering Integrate.io:**

Great tool to use. We do not use it for Big Data, but for our use it is great. They have great service!

**What problems is Integrate.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Xplenty to enable our business users to create data processes for their own use (like query DWH and export data to Salesforce). It is very quick and has good monitoring.

  ### 30. Better than doing it myself.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mike B. | CTO, Founder, Internet, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 26, 2019

**What do you like best about Integrate.io?**

After evaluating 10 or so ETL providers I went with XPlenty because their service has a relatively straightforward GUI, but also allows for a fairly sophisticated level of configuration. Most of the time the GUI is sufficient, but I'm also I'm able to script bits and pieces and add custom SQL to handle the weird edge cases, or make some of the large transfers more efficient (e.g. using a custom date field). I'm also able to do data transformations as part of the pipeline.

**What do you dislike about Integrate.io?**

I hope the price comes down a little, and I didn't like signing up for a full year.

**What problems is Integrate.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am using this to consolidate several different databases (primarily Azure SQL Server) and event-based data-sources into one internally-accessible RedShift-based data warehouse. For the most part using XPlenty has resulted in me spending less time trying to maintain data transfers and schema coordination on my own.

  ### 31. Great ETL product

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eric D. | Data and Analytics Manager, Publishing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2019

**What do you like best about Integrate.io?**

Very flexible, allows us to connect to different APIs using different authentication methods. Easy to use with a good function library.

**What do you dislike about Integrate.io?**

When editing packages, we need the ability to disable individual pipelines in a package for testing.

**What problems is Integrate.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ability to pull data into Big Query from disparate data sources. Have automated ETL processes for data warehouse.

  ### 32. Cloud to DataCenter data integration platform

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mattia R. | Project and Program Management Office, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 02, 2019

**What do you like best about Integrate.io?**

Very easy set up, secure and efficent way to manage data connections to cloud resources from on premise data center.

**What do you dislike about Integrate.io?**

Ftps support would be nice, schedule jobs with triggers events other than at specific times

**What problems is Integrate.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Data integration form Heroku private space to on premise resoureces

  ### 33. Xplenty performs great

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nick G. | Digital Analytics Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2019

**What do you like best about Integrate.io?**

The key things for us are that Xplenty is a cloud-based ETL tool that links to most of the sources and destinations that we need. When there is no native connector, the REST API connector will achieve the result we want, and the support team are always ready to jump in and help if needed. I also like the fact that the support team and comprehensive documentation is often focussed on helping you learn achieve the result you want rather than doing the job for you. This has helped us leverage the learnings for other uses. In terms of pricing, we also found it was highly competitive.

**What do you dislike about Integrate.io?**

It would be good to see an integrated versioning system so that if you make a bad change in a package you can roll back. Currently, we're copying the package and then working in the new package when we want to make changes. Also, the process of debugging could be a bit more user-friendly. There is a console tool, but it's not linked to the data in any way. It would be great if a sample of the source data could be imported when you are building a package so that you can see the effect of each transformation without having to run the job to see the results (like Trifacta for example).

**Recommendations to others considering Integrate.io:**

Xplenty delivers what you want but you have to be prepared to get technical.

**What problems is Integrate.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're using Xplenty to help clients integrate and warehouse their data from various marketing platforms so that they have a single place to go to where they can see performance and the drivers behind it. We've massively reduced weekly and monthly reporting overheads for our clients, largely due to Xplenty.

  ### 34. Tool which works great with our salesforce and Heroku postgres

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dhruv K. | Data Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2019

**What do you like best about Integrate.io?**

Easy drag and drop component and tons of connectors. Amazing support teams which typically replies in few hours and has good understanding of the tool and how the issue can be resolved.

**What do you dislike about Integrate.io?**

Node hours increment on hourly basis even if the hob runs for few mins.

**What problems is Integrate.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using xplenty to pull data from our salesforce org in full and incremental fashion into our heroku postgres database. We also use to execute stored procedures.

  ### 35. Variety of manipulation and extraction functions

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bala B.

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2019

  ### 36. A great data integration tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew C. | Manager of Database Operations, Information Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 12, 2017

**What do you like best about Integrate.io?**

I like the great selection of data connections.

**What do you dislike about Integrate.io?**

Nothing. The service and support are both top notch.

**What problems is Integrate.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We removed the need to maintain multiple APIs

  ### 37. Excellent product and support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kerry D. | Business Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2019

**What do you like best about Integrate.io?**

I have not found anything I could not accomplish with this tool. Support and development have been very responsive and effective. We needed to utilize paging for a REST API that was not on the supported list. Development quickly engaged and completed the project to add the end point support.

**What do you dislike about Integrate.io?**

For a novice like myself more syntax examples in the documentation would always be helpful.

**What problems is Integrate.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Extract data from ERP and CRM applications, transform and load into data warehouse for analysis.

  ### 38. Excellent ETL tool for the right project

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Guillermo G. | SQL Developer, Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 14, 2018

**What do you like best about Integrate.io?**

Easy of use. User friendly interface. Flexibility and simplification of otherwise complicated tasks that would have to be written in code. The schedule of jobs is a must have and Xplenty made it very easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Integrate.io?**

Two of my pain points with Xplenty packages are the inability to redirect failed rows to a different output/destination instead of failing the package all together. Would love to have some looping functionality also. Lastly, the error messages screen when a job/package fails can sometimes contain too much useless information which makes it hard to find the real reason the job failed.

**Recommendations to others considering Integrate.io:**

As long as you don't need crazy and custom transformations, this is a great tool. Love all the options for the different sources and destinations already available.

**What problems is Integrate.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using Xplenty to migrate data from a legacy SQL Server database to a Salesforce database.

  ### 39. Exceeding Expectations: XPlenty is great! (My 9 is a conditional nitpicky thing :-D)

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Johnnie W. | Web Data Analytics Specialist & International BI Lead, Financial Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2019

**What do you like best about Integrate.io?**

If I had to describe one thing that I enjoy the most about XPlenty - it would be the number of connections that I seem to be able to facilitate intuitively. I'm not a DBA - I'm a BI Analyst who needed to expand his role into a bit of data management for various reasons, and I've found the transition painless and liberating with XPlenty.

**What do you dislike about Integrate.io?**

My one dislike - and this is what currently keeps XPlenty from being a 10 for me - is a small lack in functionality with the scheduling in its current state. If I wanted to schedule something to run at a specific time on multiple specific days (e.g. I want a report to run at 9AM on Mon, Wed, Fri) - I currently have to schedule that 3 times because I don't have the option to do what I described. You can set it to run other ways, but not being able to pick specific days of the week at a given time just felt a little limiting.

**Recommendations to others considering Integrate.io:**

I would say that you make sure you spend the time exploring the different types of data/workflows you can implement. You may be presently surprised.

**What problems is Integrate.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to connect a number of sources, transform data, and load them into one centralized location fairly quickly with limited bandwidth from our DBAs. XPlenty enabled me, and one other analyst, to pick up that bit of the workload without a ton of training - so we were able to meet our deadlines. The speed and consistency of XPlenty is impressive, and it more than makes up for what a few tools in our kit may be lacking.

  ### 40. Some issues, but overall nice ipaas solution

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2019

**What do you like best about Integrate.io?**

Xplenty is one of the few ipaas that offer native connections with all major cloud storage solutions(Google Cloud Storage, Azure Blob, etc)

**What do you dislike about Integrate.io?**

Alot of the connections being marketed as native aren't as intuitive as they seem(google sheets, LinkedIn)

**What problems is Integrate.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Xplenty is being used as an ETL tool to help integrate all of our marketing data with our offline data.

  ### 41. It is a pleasent experience.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karan S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 28, 2018

**What do you like best about Integrate.io?**

The live support is the best thing.
The UI is very user-friendly. It takes no time for a new user to get the functioning on Xplenty.

**What do you dislike about Integrate.io?**

Search button should be there to directly go the desired package and not from the history

**Recommendations to others considering Integrate.io:**

With Xplentyeverything is seamless and flexible. You should give it a try. The UI and predefined flow never disappoint you plus the support you get is outstanding. Xplenty handles operations like deployments, maintenance, monitoring, scheduling and security and one need not worry about the data.

**What problems is Integrate.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ETL can be done for cross Db as well, which is a good feature.
I have used mainly for ETL and scheduling purposes and it solves a lot of problems on our side.
It helps in maintaining the consistency of data from various data sources.

  ### 42. Xplenty is amazing!!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2019

**What do you like best about Integrate.io?**

Helpful support team & so many features in the tool

**What do you dislike about Integrate.io?**

Not very user friendly.. requires a lot of time to set up for a new user.

**Recommendations to others considering Integrate.io:**

It can save you from writing a lot of code for custom integrations.

**What problems is Integrate.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automate tasks between Salesforce and SFTP

  ### 43. Simplifying the Data Integration Service

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Utilities | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 07, 2019

**What do you like best about Integrate.io?**

Making the connection with a wide range of different data sources/destinations including cloud and on-premises system.

**What do you dislike about Integrate.io?**

I experienced sometimes connection failure in the system. It doesn't support character encoding except for UTF-8.

**Recommendations to others considering Integrate.io:**

Yes If people ask me about Data Integration Services

**What problems is Integrate.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Big Data Integration with a variety of data sources, Data transformation and transfer to the different destination for data analytics services. It makes our job easier to transfer data end-to-end.

  ### 44. Simple to Configure but lack of certain feature

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kong Chien L. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 26, 2018

**What do you like best about Integrate.io?**

Xplenty helps to speed up the whole process of ETL. Allowing me to do more within the same amount of time and it supports lots of different platform.

**What do you dislike about Integrate.io?**

Limited feature on the loading part. Scripts have to be written in order to get the loading work.

**Recommendations to others considering Integrate.io:**

If you are using Xplenty, please make sure that it fits what you really needed as You have very limited choice for loading the data, you might have problem to put data into some legacy infrastructures.

**What problems is Integrate.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ETL process is the core items to solve here. It helps us to extract data from different platform easier and faster.

  ### 45. My experience with Xplenty

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexandru B. | Software Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 13, 2018

**What do you like best about Integrate.io?**

The customer support is one of the best I have experience. They were very prompt every time I would have an issue with using Xplenty. Moreover, the development team is also quite fast, as they were able to implement pagination for an API I was using in less than 2 days.

**What do you dislike about Integrate.io?**

It's impossible to perform iterations for APIs unless i create a table with all the indexes and load them into xplenty. I also think the rest API modules should accept inputs coming from selects.

**Recommendations to others considering Integrate.io:**

I would advise that you keep the support as efficient as is and improve the set of features, which is still rather basic for some use cases (like performing a REST API request multiple times).

**What problems is Integrate.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm creating a data warehouse solution for a marketing company. The platform helped me gather data from a lot of marketing sources.

  ### 46. Great for small start ups

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Casey M. | Data Engineer, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 09, 2019

**What do you like best about Integrate.io?**

Interface is simple and easy to get used to

**What do you dislike about Integrate.io?**

Lack of functionality e.g. cannot process excel files

**What problems is Integrate.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automating our data pipelines, realizing the efficiency we have in compiling reports

  ### 47. Extremely Well Put Together - Lacks Advanced Functionality

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in E-Learning | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 04, 2018

**What do you like best about Integrate.io?**

Xplenty's integration and interface is bar none the best that I have seen in the business. They have put a lot of effort into building robust solutions very quickly.

**What do you dislike about Integrate.io?**

Lack of advanced features and customization. Looping is a very important part to accomplish some of our most important API calls - unfortunately this was an area in which Xplenty did not succeed in meeting our expectations. Lack of Python or other programming languages was also an area that held it back from a more fully customization experience.

**Recommendations to others considering Integrate.io:**

Determine the limits in which you can grow into the product. After several successful integrations we found ourselves at the mercy of the inability to push the product further.

**What problems is Integrate.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Extracting digital marketing information and custom client integrations.

  ### 48. Everything good but something to change

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luca G. | BI Consultant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 03, 2018

**What do you like best about Integrate.io?**

Xplenty is a lot of userfriendly.
It's easy to learn and very powerful.

**What do you dislike about Integrate.io?**

The workspace is not really clean, probably this is just a subjective idea, but when i develop with an etl the workspace must be clean instead of having some buttons that overlap the components.

**What problems is Integrate.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Xplenty i'm am developing some packages to migrate and modify a lot of data from a data source to an other.
Also i am able to test some API call and the correct connection to a different DB

  ### 49. Good but could be cheaper

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mike B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2018

**What do you like best about Integrate.io?**

I like the relative power of the new UI, where you can connect a source to a destination and pass it through some transformations along the way. I configured this a while ago and haven't had to touch it, which is what I was hoping for. In most cases I've been able to take care of some of the configurations that other ETL solutions didn't allow.

**What do you dislike about Integrate.io?**

The price for this service is very high, relative to other companies doing the same thing. There are plenty of cheaper ETL solutions around who are rapidly developing new features, and I'm not sure that xplenty will still be as attractive in a year. Also, there is at least one unusable feature that has yet to be fixed---I wanted to be able to synchronize from an Azure container, but this still doesn't work like the AWS bucket synchronization. Also, incremental database transfers are not particularly easy and required some SQL coding. This is a checkbox in most other ETL solutions I looked at.

**What problems is Integrate.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

data warehousing. Also geo-ip tagging.

  ### 50. Very Intuitive

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 07, 2019

**What do you like best about Integrate.io?**

The ease of use and simple interface makes setting up packages a breeze

**What do you dislike about Integrate.io?**

the system timeouts when trying to setup new packages

**What problems is Integrate.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Transfer of massive amounts of data quickly and easily
