The interface is very simple to use, so you don't have to be a developer you just have to understand your data and what you want to do with it. They are continuously adding new features and connections, and you don't need a lot of training to figure out how to use it because it's very intuitive. If you ever get stuck, the AI assistant is there, or you can reach out to support, which gets back to you within a short period. The setup was very simple as well, and we had our first job in production within two weeks. **What do you dislike about Integrate.io?** In organizing our packages it would be nice to go more than 1 layer - not the end of the world, just would be nice to have the extra layers. **What problems is Integrate.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Integrate.io for any data needs, finding it intuitive and easy to set up without extensive training. At Sendspark, we are a lean team and we just do not have the bandwidth to have engineers babysitting data pipelines all day. Integrate.io basically solved that for us. The interface is clean and approachable. I am not a super technical person and I was able to set up my first pipeline without feeling completely lost. The connector library is huge, which matters because we use a lot of different tools. And when I did run into issues, their support team was genuinely helpful. Like actual humans who knew the product, not just copy-paste responses from a FAQ. **What do you dislike about Integrate.io?** There is a bit of a learning curve with some of the more advanced transformation features. It took me a couple of tries to get it right the first time. Nothing that stopped me in my tracks, but I did have to dig into the docs a bit. Also, depending on where your company is in terms of growth, the cost might feel like a stretch at first. That said, once you see the time it saves, it is pretty easy to justify. **What problems is Integrate.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were spending way too much time trying to keep our data in sync across HubSpot, Snowflake, and a handful of other tools we use at Sendspark. With only a ten minute overview, we had our first transfer up and working in under two hours. We can create a new one now in minutes. But there is power there when we need it--for transformations, for controlling and monitoring the jobs, for taking a different path due to success, error, or any other scenario we can test for. It's the best of both worlds. **What do you dislike about Integrate.io?** There could be more concrete examples in the help, especially when working with functions. **What problems is Integrate.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our volunteers don't work full time, and they don't like to spend a lot of time learning new tools, because every hour spent is not an hour doing the volunteer work they signed up for. Because the basics of integrate.io are so easy to learn, our volunteers can accomplish real work in a very short time, and then learn additional features as they need them. Our data structures are rapidly evolving. integrate.io allows us to make all the needed changes to the data sets with the click of a single button--without having to deal with each field individually, unless we need to. Because it will also change the destination's table structure (if we request it to), we can synchronize the data structure changes in our source with our destination in a matter of minutes -- no dragging of fields, no alter table statements. This allows us to update our data destination structures all inside the deployment window, and with the same personnel. We don't have to queue it for someone else with a different skillset to do at a later time. Because it is so easy to use, we have been able to quickly consolidate data from disparate systems into a data warehouse. Now we only need to train volunteers on one set of reporting tools, not one for each source system. It also allows us to more easily understand the big picture, even when data comes from different sources. This template differs between the parties receiving the data from us. These transformations including filtering, joining, removing, transforming and more. Doing this manually is very time consuming and often leads to human error. Integrate.io has allowed us to build a process for each data source/template pair. Once our process is built and tested in Integrate.io, we can trust that the data will be correct each time the process is completed. The UI was friendly and easy to implement, understand and learn, and now, we had migrated close to 500 ETL programs over to production mode running every day. The support team have been fantastic and quick to respond to any questions, big or small, regardless of the time zone you're in (We are in Asia). **What do you dislike about Integrate.io?** Although integrate.io is excellent for most use cases, there may be some performance issues when loading huge amount of data (i.e. tens of millions). We want to do minimal processing/conversion of data, we just want the data moved efficiently and reliably from our application database into our warehouse. Integrate does that very well. They respond to technical issues quickly and without us needing to ask for help. Their customer support people are amazingly helpful. **What do you dislike about Integrate.io?** Very minor stuff. Some parts of the user management/team management interface are a little dated. Ensuring org-side SSO access isn't always super clear (but is possible). **What problems is Integrate.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** We need to move our application data from our Postgres RDS databases into AWS Redshift. The software seems very robust and runs extremely fast for our Salesforce Integration. Once the integration for the mostpart I don't need to think about it which is all I can ask for in an ETL tool. The support team is fantastic and I whenever I have had issues with the product I was able to get an answer quickly from the support team which I really appreciate. **What do you dislike about Integrate.io?** Somewhat challenging to get error logs out on a by record basis when integrations are run, would appreciate some clearer error & logs files on completion of a job run. **What problems is Integrate.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have customers provide us large datasets (hundreds of thousands of records) over CSV in an FTP site and we needed a way to be able to automatically process that data into salesforce. Most other ETL tools were overkill for our needs or underpowered for the amount of data we needed to run through it. Integrate.io was able to provide us a solution for exactly the amount of power and flexibility we needed which was very helpful. Additionally, through Integrate.io I am able to get error files for bad data easily to our customers over FTP, which really helps us communicate with our customers easily about issues. ### 21. Still, since xplenty doesn't have append array logic, it`s 1 API call per 1 campaign id, so because of this, API limits are very quickly achieved, which is a huge drawback. Any new version that is in the builtin components - I am the one who always has to notify xplenty, or we won't have an API that is working - happens all the time with FB (some endpoints work only for each latest version, such as creative data- event data etc...). doesnt have oauth or jwt system to fetch credentials. bq destination doesnt have partition and or cluster logic which is a huge downside. cant handle big data.... we built our own etl, elt , reverse etl etc.. data pipe lines using airflow, airbyte, docker, Kubernetes, python , dask, pyspark etc...we manage it all due to lack of confidence in the product and the history or bugs that is always duplicates the data by X amount some times up to 10000X, trying to show that there is a bug falls on deaf ears though the customer service is good since we do get answers quickly just no one comes back to us and wants to say yes we have a bug. if my api returns 10m records and by bq has (ONLY WHEN THE PACKAGE FAILS) suddenly 10B records- this is a bug no matter how you sugar coat it. apis that returns csv logic or file logic are just to hard to do in xplenty, until we have that logic even from support , (most of the times it is just to bugged)and until we get an answer - we just write code and done in less than a day - prod grad also it is not possible to create hourly logic or lower ( even 3 times a day updates) due to very high prices- we use python in such cases. so no we won't recommend this to big data or pre big data, though for small data and usage - yes it is a great tool. **What problems is Integrate.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** It solves our headache dealing with small data since it is a great tool to have, easy to manage, copy-paste packages; we already have docs that describe the usage and use cases and how to achieve each goal while keeping it simple as possible and very fast deployments.
