Now with tool like opaconnect we can track every quarter with existing saved data It might appear different and you might have to get used to it but it's worth it. Recommendations to others considering Insights: I personally recommend to use OpaConnect. It helps me to keep track of my goals, it's progress and also my manager can review my progress. Opa allows us to keep track of our individual goals as well as overall team goals. Since we're a geographically-dispersed team, it helps us maintain transparency and accountability. We don't receive any notification wether a new team member updated a goal, the synchronization of the input is terrible! when I have to accept or archive a goal the edit screen takes almost 20 seconds to load. What I find best about OpaConnect is its transparency. The way it is structured, it encourages measurement of performance in a very simple way. Opa's goal-setting process helps me think more about what my goals are and what it means to be on track or behind. It helps me think about how to manage my time in order to meet my goals.
