Performance review made easy to follow up

1;1s are easy to follow. Also, preparing for your 1:1s, as they make you go through your goals and tasks before yo have your 1:1 with you manager. I like that they don't use scores and that you can assign accountability to your tasks by finding ways to define when you are behind, ahead or on track. It's integarted with google calendars so as soon as you schedule a 1:1 you will see it in your calendar
