The operators are happy with the ease of use and the ability to use it on iPhones and iPads. The implementation was completed in less than 2 months. It helps our field service technicians to do the administration around their jobs at customer sites. **What do you dislike about Innovapptive Connected Worker Platform?** Sometimes the apps fail but that is not a real issue caused by the Suite but more around the network availability and partly the more complex architecture. Error messages are mostly quite technical but it might be very difficult to make them more self explainatory. **What problems is Innovapptive Connected Worker Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** The Suite is helping to do the administration real time in the field after a job is finished.
