**What do you like best about Ingram Micro Cloud Marketplace?**

I like that it’s extremely simple to use. Before this marketplace, I had to be on my feet all the time just to get a hold of Account Managers, but now I can get the information I need within a span of seconds.

**What do you dislike about Ingram Micro Cloud Marketplace?**

Sometimes I feel like the system crashes and lags, but I guess the team is working on it and making it better every day.

**What problems is Ingram Micro Cloud Marketplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The fact that the quotation system is now so simplified is one of the biggest benefits of the marketplace. It used to be a manual process and would take a lot of time, but now, with the Ingram Micro Cloud Marketplace, that issue is resolved.

It is all in one marketplace for the partners or customers to buy directly from the distributor with their competitive prices. It has allowed the vendors or partners to access their profile page in the marketplace and place the order.

**What do you dislike about Ingram Micro Cloud Marketplace?**

it can be confusing to look for the right products. If you do not know the sku then it becomes a hassle! Only registered partners can purchase through available or approved credit limit.

**What problems is Ingram Micro Cloud Marketplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fast and steady licensing acquiring for the customers and moreover having a support for the product.
