Easier to understand the incoming tickets and resolving it.

The only thing which I would suggest to improve is to updating of the tool on a regular basis, so it would be more easier to access and provide a good client support.

The Infraon desk is helping to solve problems raised by the clients regarding any application or hardware related issues, which will improvise to understand the issues and resolve them.

The ITSM daahboard is very user friendly.
The UI looks decent with different attributes combined well on a single dashboard.
The advantage is you can configure all the process as per your needs.

Sometimes the application might not work as per the required standards but the everest team is vigilant to resolve your issues as quickly as possible so hardly a minus point.

We are usung Infraon Desk as our day to day ticketing solution. We have configured multiple service requests, change management as well as incident's management in the solution.

all the options available in tool like rating tickets under respective categories and timely resolution without any delay and getting immediate email to organization mail.

nothing was there to dislike in this tool and all the features available in this tool are very useful and user friendly. we like this tool and can operate very smoothly.

Hardware, technical, server, network, cloud, and security issues which are internally facing. And also for license request, asset tracking, new joiner asset details.

Integration with Email, Whatsapp and With any Business Systems that the company is using as long as the required conditions are met.

**What do you dislike about Infraon Desk?**

Its Not able to stay on 24/7 as users timeout after 24 hours and ideally monitoring should be 24/7

**What problems is Infraon Desk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it shows when our network, databases, servers is/are up/down...it shows how much space has been utilised for our servers...we are yet to Include other systems and also helpdesk is really easy...especially on the login of tickets

The ITSM dashboard is very user friendly. Easy to access while using the ticketing tool Lesser Time is taken in implementation than other products in the same categories

Nothing of that sort . resolved all issue on time and help every issue .products in the same categories and quick turnaround from support team

No direct interaction is required Network traffic can be monitored Infraon Desk can be easily integrated with any other 3rd party with little customisation only

Excellent, working with VTS tool express was great.  Thanks to their knowledge and determination, our Tools look great and function well.  I recommend that anyone is looking for custom ticketing tools call and speak to Gus; he will guide you in the right direction. ( Special Thanks for Mr.srini )

They are not Supported at Night time.....

I like the features and functionalities that it is covering and helping enterprises. We have used Incident management features of it. The best part is that it is easily integrated  with any other 3rd party with little customize effort.

**What do you dislike about Infraon Desk?**

I found this solution very good and mainly used for helpdesk and incident management purposes. We need to focus more on marketing to know about this product and find it suitable for their requirement.

**Recommendations to others considering Infraon Desk:**

One can try this product, and I am sure that they will get the befits once it is deployed in production. The best part is the ease of integration and accessibility.

We were looking for a cost benefit incident management tool with ease of deployment. We have used Incident management features of it. The best part is that it is easily integrated  with any other 3rd party with little customize effort.

Lesser Time is taken in implementation than other products in similar categories and quick turnaround for Day 02 support.

**What do you dislike about Infraon Desk?**

Tool (IMS) has comprehensive coverage for most of the vendors although however still not 100% vendor agnostic. For example, observed challenges in discovery and insights for F5 Load balancers.
Secondly, tool should be developed for integration capabilities with other solutions like Cisco DNAC.

**Recommendations to others considering Infraon Desk:**

Great product with great out of the box features that one would expect from an ITSM took, can be scaled as per requirements and easy to administer

Typical ticketing for multiple customer accounts. Benefits such as simple form fields, ease of customization of Helpdesk modules (IM-CM).

All onsite some time goes down that I log in that particular server check and resolve the issue asap
From circle office every day I will get some mail that mail every day
 Especially some onsite frequently going down  that I logging that particular server and take logs and I will check.

system should be more flexible enough with external tool integration in more extent. multiple layers of custom should be available in tool.
