**What do you like best about Informizely?**

Informizely is a day to day business optimization tool that mainly helps us in knowing our customers better by interacting with them through small surveys and feedback forms. This softwares helps us in understanding the users experience of people using our app and availing our services and know more about the sections on which we need to improve.

**What do you dislike about Informizely?**

Conducting surveys on a regular basis also builds a fatigue and avoidance of content and their engagement by our audience because completing surveys and feedback forms takes time and if conducted in short interval of time then the productivity of such activities degrades to a certain extent and ROI of the software drops.

**What problems is Informizely solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The software helps us in tackling the roots of problems that our customers face and also improving the service quality for better overall service experience. The customer retention has also increased as we are providing exclusive offers to all the customer who mentioned any kind of problem with our doorstep services.

Informizely is completely a web based platform that helps businesses and organisations like us to conduct surveys and feedback collection form their customers and clients all over the country and improve the service quality according to the overall data collection from the market.

**What do you dislike about Informizely?**

While collecting feedbacks, lots of time we provide offers for our followers so that they can fill the form in detail and give an honest review of the services which are provided by us to them but sometimes these people just for the sake of getting offer fill random details on their informizely form and get our offers but the data that we get doesn't left with 100% accuracy.

**What problems is Informizely solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As this plaform gives real time update and provide data of our clients every day so that we can act fast on our business weekness and reach to a better output and efficient results which directly help us in taking business related desicions faster.

**What do you like best about Informizely?**

Dorto is a service based car detailing startup which provide car services at the doorstep of our customers so for us to check the customer experience regarding our services in regular intervals is very important and this platform helps us in getting a significant amount of feedback through different platform like our website, email, social media etc. So, now we are able to understand what our customer think about our packages from basic to premium and how we can improve our overall service quality.

**What do you dislike about Informizely?**

One of the main challenge that we face while using informizely is that it's interface is not compatible with Android and ios devices as they have no proper application developed for these devices however we are able to access the tool in the desktop mode of our browser but experience is not as good as using it on a real pc or laptop.

**What problems is Informizely solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We all know that India is a country of diverse culture and multiple language background so that's why the customer that interact from our social media pages and websites also try to connect with us and give reviews of the services which they choose from us in their native language and  informizely supports almost all Indian languages which helps us in building a good relationship with them and leave a good impression of the company.

**What do you like best about Informizely?**

Dorto service is a completely service based company and knowing our customers opinions regarding the services we provide is necessary. Informizely provides a quick surveys in form of real time pops on our website so that we can improve the workflow and customer trust in the process automated service delivery.

**What do you dislike about Informizely?**

The main reason that made me install this platform is to understand the overall market needs and our customer mindset which helped me analyse whole interaction surveys data to come to a single conclusion. First one is how to connect with our audience and customers better and what to provide them for the best customer service experience with us.

**What problems is Informizely solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For any business, growth it is very important to understand the current functioning of the business and whatever mistakes the businesses is making. We need to install it for our company because we need to understand all the data and the customer behaviour so that we can be one of the best service provider in nearby upcoming days.

**What do you like best about Informizely?**

It is nice to have a tab functionality in the web interface. Even though the interface may appear a bit outdated its continuously improving with features. They work well for websites.

**What do you dislike about Informizely?**

There are some limitations in terms of customization options for surveys and NPS dashboards. These limitations hinder our ability to gather insights and solve pain points.

**What problems is Informizely solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Informizely has solved a lot of problems for my business. It has allowed me to gather insights from my website visitors enabling me to make data driven decisions. The intuitive interface and comprehensive analytics have made this entire process much easier.

I find the interface and creativeness of the program to be some of its best features. I think that customer support really allows for a company to grow and this software does not push away from that!

Nothing negative to say about the website as many employee's find it very intuitive!

It is allowing for more support to the consumers and allowing for us to understand and get the feedback we need to push forward

- Informizely's solution was very easy to install
- Impressed by the advanced trigger functionalities
- Solid API that we use to sync feedback data with our CRM
- The support team is very technical, so setting up the API connection was a breeze.

**What do you dislike about Informizely?**

To be honest, no complains I can think of at the moment.

**What problems is Informizely solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're able to gauge on user experience of our software solution. By inviting different segmented audiences we're creating multiple NPS dashboards. This allows us to understand pain-points within different user-roles.

I like the valuable insights that I've gathered through Informizely exit surveys on our homepage. I also love how fast their support team responded to my question.

The surveys don't look great on mobile.

**What do you like best about Informizely?**

I have been in the business of market research for 15 years and tried a number of online web survey tools. This is by far one of the most impressive. You really get value for money with Informizely.
The user interface is very intuitive. But the most important feature for us was the "push-to-Google-Analytics" feature. I now analyze quantitative data in Google Analytics and use the qualitative data from Informizely to understand why users behave the way they do.


**What do you dislike about Informizely?**

It would be nice with a cross-tab functionality in the web interface

You really get value for money with Informizely. The flexibility is key.

**What problems is Informizely solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We save so much time not guessing what our web users think about us. Now we simply ask them and prioritize our work based on the answers. With some help of our web analytics tool we are really know our users by now.

**What do you like best about Informizely?**

Many possibilities and options e.g. targeting customers, using the exit intent layer technology and customising the language and design of the surveys. Diderik and his team value customer feedback, take their time to listen and implement new features in a short period of time. Another strong point is the price which is much lower compared to other tools that have the same functionality.

**What do you dislike about Informizely?**

The interface looks a little outdated but is changing quite fast with many new features.

We are trying to find out what our customers think about our service, our website and ​*what*​ kind of information they are missing.

Survey tool has all the features you need, for a very competitive price. Especially happy with the targeting options. Best customer support I have experienced in years.

The design and display options are still a bit rudimentary, although good enough for professional looking website surveys.

Best tool you can get for this price with excellent support.

Insitez is a really fast and nice tool to set up customer surveys. It comes with plenty of targeting and visual customization options. But what really sets them apart is the awesome customer service. 

**What do you dislike about Informizely?**

The design is a bit old-fashioned, but I honestly don't really care.

We’re running surveys on our sites in to gather quick customer feedback.

+ very intuitive, easy to setup surveys (unlike tools like Usabilla)
+ all targeting and customization options we need are available
+ great customer service

I've used this tool for 3 different companies now. I haven't encountered any limitations yet.

Don't think about it too much. Just give it a go for a month and you'll most likely see you like it.

Conversion optimization: Understanding which real issues website visitors have to convert (lack of understanding, objections, functional problems, feedback on value proposition).

It helps to AB test the right things.
