Being able to save in quite a few different formats helps me with storage and organization when it comes to my files. I also love that it is an American company! **What do you dislike about Informatik Scan?** I think the price is a little steep for such a simple task. However, it can be justified as I have yet to find a competitor to offer a better price with the same quality of product. **What problems is Informatik Scan solving and how is that benefiting you?** As an accountant, we see many, many documents. Having this scanning ability makes our process of saving and storing documents extremely easy and simple. ### 2. I have no way to describe this experience, it is wonderful, you can scan documents. **What do you dislike about Informatik Scan?** Because it is so complicated to use in the beginning, you don't know which buttons are for each thing and its handling can really be disappointing at times, I don't have severe complaints, but a bit of complication when working with it. **Recommendations to others considering Informatik Scan:** Really entertaining, I love it, at home or at the office I use it a lot, it also helps me in studies and improve skills, I rarely do not use this, its control is incredible. **What problems is Informatik Scan solving and how is that benefiting you?** This is a dynamic and entertaining app, at work it has resulted in an incredible experience, in addition to saving text editing work, we should not correct almost any of the text because this system almost does it by itself. ### 3. It scans documents very quickly, and you can even edit them from your phone thanks to its highly sophisticated mobile application. **What do you dislike about Informatik Scan?** It does not scan images, on some occasions it does not scan the images very well, it distorts them or places them in frames that are very difficult to understand, slightly damaging the text you want to extract. I do not recommend it at all for text use. **Recommendations to others considering Informatik Scan:** We do not guarantee that it is the best scanner on the market, but it is indeed the most effective, because its way of converting documents is incredible, it never ceases to amaze me every day, and every moment I use it, it is truly incredible, I can have hundreds of lines of text at my disposal to edit in just seconds, you can really try it and that way you will know if this is really for you. **What problems is Informatik Scan solving and how is that benefiting you?** Always use normal office scanners, and I had to transcribe almost all the text by hand because very little worked for this task. Among other things, I don't understand why the support is so slow, but at least it helps whenever needed and is there for concerns. ### 4. Online converter **Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Tate P. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** August 24, 2020 **What do you like best about Informatik Scan?** This is a program to convert files from anywhere, your home office, or on the street, since it has a mobile application, you can listen to the library and do your studies and convert your documents easily, the converter is fast and effective. **What do you dislike about Informatik Scan?** It is complicated to understand the system is completely new and it is not easy to understand, the truth may be a little better I do not deny it, but honestly I do not get failures. **Recommendations to others considering Informatik Scan:** It is one of my favorite scanning systems on the market, but the truth is, if there are better ones, the truth is that you could read a couple of reviews before launching into the full venture, however my experience was magnificent. **What problems is Informatik Scan solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is incredible how fast I was able to analyze and convert files with this system, don't wait, I never knew when it happened, but I do know that the system is now for my use and quick disposal. ### 5.
