I have been using this software because it is highly configurable and very easy to use because of its role based data flow. It is accessible any kind of platform either desktop or on mobile devices. Because of its role based reporting we are able to make better decisions and have actionable Insight because of the core reporting data. It is quite flexible because of the deployment technology. I find it not very beneficial when it comes to the integration with other kinds of applications. The menus are so complicated and clunky because we have to find a way around to what options we want to go with. The settings are not easily changeable we have to take indirect methods to get the desired settings. They should provide more training documentation and tutorials for the end-users. Works across large companies with several Business Units. Safe and secure. Easy to integrate with other applications using the Transfer Desk tool that comes with it (not sure if you have to pay an additional fee for it). It doesn't have a very user-friendly functionality with no help available online. Training has additional costs involved. There no manual for the system all is done via one to one training. Unstable at times and the version they offer as built in the cloud comes as a Citrix rather. Expect to have issues with the Citrix whenever Chromes is updated is you are using Single-Sign-on. The software is stable and offers a good access rights control by the user profile. It is integrated with Q&A which is built-in Ms. Excel. The company says it could be a cloud-based software but they are actually using the Citrix, which could be unstable. Not very easy to integrate to other applications. Not easy to customise. Not easy to change or add any of the settings. The interface is simple and doesn’t offer a good visibility of the options you have, which makes it not easy to navigate to the option you need.
