One aspect I dislike about Infor Global Human Resources is that the platform can feel complex and less intuitive, especially for first-time users or smaller HR teams.

Screening of right candidate for us. With required qualifications and right experience.  They are available when required on calls, good reviews and easy solutions provided

There is nothing much to be disliked about the service. Every was good and working.  My views to get it more better would be to make more options

My office work, marketing,  office employees,  HR . We are getting better employees with experience and good qualifications.  Our efficency  has increased alot

**What do you like best about Infor Global Human Resources?**

The dashboard is pretty intuitive, organized and easy to use. It houses all compensation, time-off requests/balances, and mandatory/optional learning courses for the company. It also has Covid vaccination status.

**What do you dislike about Infor Global Human Resources?**

I wish it had easier access to policy details (e.g. questions on PTO rollover policy or company-approved expenses). A chat bot would be a nice feature as well for quick resolutions to often-simple questions.

**What problems is Infor Global Human Resources solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me track and schedule PTO, check my compensation, and complete learning courses - mandatory or optional. It is mostly high-level, but nice to have the optics.

The integration between our talent management and onboarding software has been great.

**What do you dislike about Infor Global Human Resources?**

I wish the payroll component was integrated and not still in their S3 product.  The product is going live sometime in 2022, but it's currently very inconvenient.

**Recommendations to others considering Infor Global Human Resources:**

I would advise anyone implementing GHR to take their time and set it up thoughtfully.  One mistake can cause multiple downstream issues.

The integration of talent with GHR has been beneficial.  We have used outside products in the past, and developing a dependable interface is challenging.

**What do you like best about Infor Global Human Resources?**

It is an enterprise system and includes our organization's HR, finance, payroll, materials management, etc. functions in one platform.

**What do you dislike about Infor Global Human Resources?**

A lot. The ATS is terrible and, I believe, was created as an afterthought so Infor could say they have an ATS. The functionality of the system leaves a lot to be desired and the candidate experience is bad. They also offer us next to no support on a day-to-day basis, which means that we're left troubleshooting it on our own and the candidate's have very little support. From a broader HR perspective, I also think that the system leaves a lot to be desired, as well. The system doesn't provide you with much historical data at a quick glance and you are left playing detective to try and figure out what you're looking at. We switched from Ultipro, an Ultimate product, and I wish we hadn't.

**Recommendations to others considering Infor Global Human Resources:**

Don't use this product if you have any type of complexity with your HR/Payroll functions.

**What problems is Infor Global Human Resources solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In my opinion, I don't think we've realized any benefits with this platform that we hadn't already solved with our past HRMS system.

The workflow is pretty weak.  Cannot make it similar to our workflows.

Tracking employees is easier with Infor.  Recognized having all of the staff in one place

I like that I am able to access as much information as necessary, all in one platform.

I dislike that depending on the size of your company, it may take some time to load certain data sets. For example, we have 8,000 employees at least; this can cause a lag in the data.

Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a software that you can build to best support your company.

**What problems is Infor Global Human Resources solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving retention, KPIs, performance metrics, and other employee information storage. The benefits are great! We can track eligibility for benefits right within the system.

Its cloud based making it more secure to store records and retrieve them from anywhere anytime, its fast compared to software used before, simple to use self service portal for employees, offers variety of features from absence management to administering benefits, free demo, fast online live support. It also integrates well with other HR tools.

Price is high for small scale users. Everything else is great.

Its a useful tool in any HR department because it has many useful features and is fast and safe as well as user friendly for both the user and the employees using the self service feature.

**What problems is Infor Global Human Resources solving and how is that benefiting you?**

administration of HR duties has been made easy  its now easy to keep employee record files safely in the cloud and access them anytime anywhere, administering benefits to clients have also been made more transparent and determination of performing employees easier as well. It has also made it easy to keep records of absenteeism as well employees can use the self service portal to communicate grievances as well as send apologies.

I feel like the flow is very sensible and easy to move through screens 

**What do you dislike about Infor Global Human Resources?**

The lack of options for customizing views of each screen. Some screens offer more information than I need and become difficult to dissect quickly.

**What problems is Infor Global Human Resources solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The reports have made my hourly billing process much more streamlined and entering labor tickets it’s so simple that anyone can do it.
