Inexra Reviews & Product Details

Inexra is the workspace for social media agencies that need to show clients what their social media earned. Clients renew for proof, not posts, and most of that proof lives in DMs that never reach a report. Every client gets their own workspace. Their Instagram and Facebook DMs and comments arrive in one inbox, tagged by intent, sentiment and priority, with reply drafts written in the client's own voice. Your team approves every reply before it sends. When someone replies to a story, shares a post, or answers your reply to their comment, Inexra links that conversation to the post that started it. For the rest, it suggests the likely post and a teammate confirms it in a click. Leads and brand deals move along a pipeline and are credited back to that content, so a monthly report can say which posts brought in business. Plan posts by content pillar and campaign, schedule and bulk schedule for Instagram, Facebook and YouTube, and import designs from Canva. Your client approves the whole month from one link, and connects their own accounts from another, without creating a login. An AI assistant answers questions about the workspace and stages schedule changes for a person to approve. Reports start from a template, you write the summary in your own words, and the numbers freeze when you publish. Clients get a link or a PDF, and each report can show results against a monthly goal. Inexra fits agencies of 3 to 20 people running organic social for lead-driven clients such as restaurants, salons, contractors, consultants and coaches. It does not yet cover LinkedIn, TikTok, X or social listening. Built on Meta's official APIs and the YouTube API. Starter is free for one brand with no card. Solo is $59 a month and Agency Lite is $149 a month for up to 20 client workspaces, with a 30-day free trial and unlimited team seats.
