I have had interactions with many businesses that provide B-to-B services. IncentFit would be the last company I would ever recommend! Dealing with them over the past 3-4 has been one of the most painful experiences ever for me. I am a thorough person that will make significant effort to accomplish certain things. IncentFit makes the mutual objectives almost impossible to achieve. Most of my colleagues simply avoid it entirely because the financial reward is not worth the hassle. This is a small business local to me. They should hire me to improve the client experience. The platform is easy to use and I noticed small improvements have been made over the years. **What problems is IncentFit solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are often busy and riddled with back to back tasks/meetings. UI is very simple and aesthetic - easy to follow. Makes it very easy to simply hop on and expense items or receipts. **What do you dislike about IncentFit?** Not much, sometimes doesn't update in real time . **What problems is IncentFit solving and how is that benefiting you?** Helps employees get fitter and healthier by having an easy way to expense. Going to the gym and working out in general is already tough as it is, but having an easy way to get those costs back without a hassle definitely helps improve the experience. ### 6. I also love that it has different gyms where users can get discounts and you can search based on your location. Overall, it makes it eaiser to obtain your health goals - especially since you can see that you are earning money based on what you do. **What do you dislike about IncentFit?** The only downside is that it does not automatically transfer your fitness information from apple health. I have to go into the app and select update usage, then it transfers over. It also does not always pick up on gyms and admins have to approve certain gyms before you can get credit for what you do. **Recommendations to others considering IncentFit:** I would recommend every company use it. It is an incentive for employees to get more active. We also use it for competitions and do 5ks as a team which also promotes employee bonding outside of the office. **What problems is IncentFit solving and how is that benefiting you?** It gives our team goals and we can do competitions - encourages a healthy lifestyle. ### 13. There is also an app which allows for this management to happen. **What do you dislike about IncentFit?** Many employees can feel micromanaged while using this and feel that them having a gym membership should be good enough and they should not have to check in their times in order to receive company benefits. They should remove the time limit. **What problems is IncentFit solving and how is that benefiting you?** This allows for most to want to be healthy as we give a full reimbursement. Also makes your feel more awake as you are taking away from the gym. ### 14. I uploaded a ski receipt, and they list ski hill passes as a qualifying purchase, but apparently the receipt I uploaded, which is all I received, did not properly affirm that I was the purchaser and user of the pass. I didn't receive the reimbursement. **What problems is IncentFit solving and how is that benefiting you?** It;s overall improving our company culture. i am a recruiter, and when candidates ask about culture, and how the company invests in their employees, I mention this service. ### 15. It rewards healthy behaviors without getting too close to personal health information like blood pressure and cholesterol. The pop-up messages that users get after completing workouts ("Congratulations, you just earned ...!") are fun to get and reinforce positive behaviors. **What do you dislike about IncentFit?** There's nothing to dislike about IncentFIt! The only problem employees had at first is remembering to use the app when they work out, but they soon get in to the habit, and IncentFit has multiple ways for employees to upload / report missed workouts. **Recommendations to others considering IncentFit:** Ask for a free 30-day trial and include your company decision makers in the trial. **What problems is IncentFit solving and how is that benefiting you?** IncentFit allows us to provide a wellness program that encourages employee health without getting into personal health information such as blood pressure, BMI, cholesterol, etc. This program shows employees we value them and distributes wellness rewards to employees who are doing their part to maintain good health and productivity.
