What I appreciate most about IMS’s LMS is how easy it is to use. It helps us see what’s happening at each point in our supply chain, and pulling reports is simple. But what really makes it stand out is the team behind it. They’re always there to help, whether that means resolving a visibility issue, finding a solution to a new challenge, or showing us new features and ways we can use the system. I honestly don’t have anything I dislike about the LMS. Whenever we’ve needed something adjusted to better fit Petco’s operations, the IMS team has been very accommodating and has worked with us to find a solution. If I had to suggest one enhancement, it would be an in-system chat feature for quick questions, but that’s more of a nice-to-have than a complaint. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
