When you open the application it is straight forward what you need to do. You have to update login information, close the application, restart the computer, and log back in with the badge for it to update and sync correctly. **What problems is Imprivata Enterprise Access Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** Able to have a single sign on. I do not have to try and remember all my different passwords. It syncs easily. I can also log on and log off the computer by tapping my badge. Many new version come out in short period and a few program bugs that observed in all different versions. The fact that profile only work mostly on IE and not Firefox is very strange. Chrome ,Firefox and edge are used everywhere, they should have some level of Development in these areas.
