I love that even when sites change, Import.io still provides our data in a structured format. I appreciate not having to build or maintain scrapers ourselves, allowing us to get reliable data and consistently track pricing and markets. The support team is genuinely great - responsive and knowledgeable. The initial setup was fairly straightforward, and the team was great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some changes or edge cases can take a bit longer to resolve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Originally the tool was easy to configure and had high reliability. This did not last. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Import.io made an update in their backend and wiped hundreds of our extractors materially harming our business. Their suggested solution was that we rebuild hundreds of hours of extractors because of their mistake and offered us a 50% discount on our next year's contract. We considered a lawsuit over their incompetence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
First of all it is very easy to use. And this tool gives you the ability to generate custom data through web scraping. This tool makes very easy to generate data in just few clicks even you are a non-programmer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This tool has so many cool features but what i dislike about this tool is their price are very expensive. If you are a single user of this tool then you can not afford. Apart from this everything is fine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
