1. We have very few options for policy config, Customers often asked us for more options.

2. Since it is a cloud platform, our customers often Dissatisfies that they have to raise a support ticket every time they need Logs from Imeprva. (It is a time consuming process).

In my opinion the advantage is that it stops external attacks and reduce the possible backlogs. So the best practice is to separate WAF-protected resources from unprotected resources, and have different IP addresses to prevent exposure of the protected services' origin IP. It provides protection for all the platforms, like Active and legacy applications, third party applications, and also Cloud and container applications.
